- in this video i show how i install Zuks offroad "My-side 1"in my Suzuki Samurai.
In the search for more power I have found that the Stock carburator does nothing to help increase power. a little searching around and i have found a solution. Zuks Off Road provides a kit to help with power and throttlr responce and if you are at all thinking of adding a turbo, this is one of the things you need. Give Myron at Zuks OffRoad a call and he will help you understand the rest!

Great video - can't wait to see the results. Where did you get that awesome breather setup and that fuse panel with that LED showing no connection? Those are awesome-
If your talking about the 2 diff breathers to the left of the fuse panel. You can see that in my diff breather video, but they are just fuel filters.
The fuse panel is from a store here in canada called princess auto. It is a 100 amp in and 30 amp output, pretty neat that the light comes on to show a blown fuse.

Great video man!!👍 im in the middle of rebuilding the cv and installing it. The only problem i was having is with all the vacuum hoses. Did you have a diagram of what goes to what and what to cap off.
Cap them all off. Only need the vac line to the disturber and vac for break boot

What size jets did your carb come with and where then did your tuning out you?
Thanks, i cant remember the jet sizes anymore, but you have to drill them out when tuning to add more fuel, especially once i added the turbo!

I sold that set up and went with a 1.6 16v efi, way better!

I ordered it right from Zuks Off Road in Arizona. Great people to deal with. Yes the sound changed, a little more agressive sounding now. If you watch the next few videos you should be able to see the differences.

Hey! Man I have a question, did you feel any change, and how about the fuel consumption
Not really sure on fuel consumption, didnt have it on long enough before i turboed it. But it definitely made a difference in pull and snappyness.
aye man what kind of fuse set up is that under the hood
Its just a cheap 8 place fuse block that lights a led light for the respective fuse that blows.

What did you do to adjust for the top end being flat?
Man i cant remember, i think maybe i drilled out the main jet or emulsion tube or something. Youd have to call Myron to find out what to do. I just removed the whole system and put in a 1.6 16v engine...way better!

So you put high pressure pump and variable regulator (from turbo kit) on with only the carb..... and set the pressure to what 5 psi?
I did, if i remember right pressure was set to 2 psi.

Just got my-side 1 yesterday... Didn't get the low pressure regulator with it. I have high pressure boost/vac just wondering if it will work. Just registered on forum today. Seems like there is not that much info.... Pictures are worth a thousand words. What about break booster when your under forced induction?
Myron would be the guy to ask question with.
I have no problem with brakes, of course your not boosting when using the brakes.
I’m installing the “myside” but I have a quick question I got two gaskets but I have no idea where to place them? Can you help me where do I place both gaskets ?

Fabbin Adventures I saw you didn’t install the factory pump. Did Myron tell you to install a electric pump instead ? That’s where I’m confused because my samurai has an electric pump right next to my Weber carb.
I put the electric pump in because i was planning on the turbo. I have since sold the turbo 1.3 and swapped in a 1.6 16v engine...way better for what i use it for in my opinion!

Its an adapter and harley 44mm carburetor, for more power and throttle responce.
