Love your kettlebell workouts, you were the reason why I went out and bought a set of kettlebells. After waiting 2 months, my kettlebells finally came in and this was my first ever kettlebell workout…EVER! Loved it! I am going to take it slow and make sure my technique and form are correct before going fast and moving up weight. I do all your other HIIT and strength videos and now adding kettlebell to my routine. If it wasn’t for your videos, I would not have gotten kettlebells, so thanks for all your videos.

Just did this one , very exciting workout, the time flew by so fast! I enjoyed every second of it!! I think it would be good to invest in a heavier kb for all the rows / deadlifts, a 12kg isn't enough. thanks a lot Daniel, greetings from France
