Creative set! 👏 Subtitles are too small to see from across the room. They do help understand the moves. Not my style of music but I can turn it down. Though it’s then hard to hear the set prompts. I’d prefer the music be quieter at least, and not so frenetic. Thanks!
It was just strength day and the sweat was pouring ....the cardio element was definitely in there...all the muscles were woken up 🙂...👍👍...2 thumbs-up!!!

I did 20% heavier weights than you recommended Dan, in my arrogant mind thinking I can be 20% stronger. I didn’t account for the fact that I’m also 200% stupider. That was struggle town.
Actually that is pretty awesome! More weight equals more intensity! You might do a couple of reps les or a bit slower but the impact will be greater anyways! Definitely not stupid, GREAT JOB!!!

almost all the kb vids till now are performed with one kettlebell at the time, so you can do them easily with only one kettlebell.
