40 Min Kettlebell Workout | Intense Full Body | No Repeat

- In this 40 Min Kettlebell Workout | Intense Full Body | No Repeat, we will have 8 circuits, each consisting of 6 movements:
1st and 2nd exercises: Uneven exercises with the kettlebell.
3rd exercise: Bodyweight.
4th and 5th exercises: Kettlebell exercises.
6th exercise: Bodyweight cardio.
We will be performing each movement for 35 seconds with a 15-second rest, followed by a 30-second rest after each circuit.
Warning! This is an intense workout!
These are the kettlebells that I am using:
20KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
16KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
12KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)
Before starting the workout, make sure to properly warm up by following this video:
