Definitely looks like many years of sleep depravation compounded. He was usually only sleeping 4-5 hours a night. He was also flying back and forth across the US so much that the little sleep he did get wasn't the best rest as it was hotel, airports and airplanes where he'd get most of his sleep.
It’s really telling that he claims to have changed his mind about Black Nationalism because his leader seemed to not think it was tenable. So, basically, he didn’t think for himself and put his faith in someone else.

@@couptakeoverto bad the official narrative is rarely true but i think they along w/ the fbi removed him from life. but to his credit he developed away from (what essentially seems like a cult) but i dont know much about his end. i need to read a book on it, its an interesting event.
