Been searching high and low, even from the source and there is no Pitboss Hickory Bacon seasoning. What would you suggest as a replacement for similar taste?
It looks like it may have been discontinued. The closest thing I think you could try that I have used would be a hickory brown sugar rub but it would lack the slight bacon taste to it. There are some bacon salts out there but I think it would make the ribs overly salty in my opinion.
It can become tough or chewy. But if you have a rib like beef ribs because the meat is closer to the outter edge you have to leave it on so the meat doesnt fall off the bone when smoking

The time may vary slight but yes I would roll with the same temp.
