    wow. I've been vegetarian for years. This is not the first time I watch a plant based cook video. But this is definitely the first time I comment on one. Every other cook just seasons with salt, paper and lemon zest for the creative ones. But Ras El Hanout... That's what I am talking about. I saved this video and I will surely try it. Thank you for this!

    Believe it or not I just bought all the ingredients for ALL of these bowls 2 days ago! Lol I’m so excited these will be my first Buddha bowls. I couldn’t find any berbere seasoning so I bought the individual ingredients to make it myself and couldn’t find Jerusalem artichokes either so I’ll be substituting those with either Japanese sweet potatoes or regular potatoes but I can’t wait to see how they turn out. Your food looks amazing!! Thank you for the inspiration I’ve been inspired to cook for the past 2 weeks thanks to you! 🤎🤎🤎
    Peace & light ✌🏾

      Unceremoniously Lysse butter beans are another name for white kidney beans or white Lima beans :) also called cannelloni beans and not sure what they are called in Greek, but present in many Greek meals as well.

      I'm sorry that people like this channel have convinced you to this way of life. Unfortunately plant based diets are malnourishing diets and are really only helpful if your goal is to fast. If your looking to create a healthier life for yourself I encourage that you look into carnivorism. Afterall humans are carnivores. Good luck to you.

    • @TheRealHonestInquiry
      @TheRealHonestInquiry 5 років тому +7

      @@kralixos9005 Carnivores have different sets of teeth which are meant for slicing, not chewing, and have shorter digestive systems in relation to their body, humans have teeth for grinding because half of our digestive system is happening in the mouth when our food gets coated with enzymes which enable it to be broken down, unlike a carnivore which will swallow large chunks whole... Don't take my word for it, this information is freely available! BTW moose are entirely vegan, do they look unhealthy or malnourished to you? What about elephants? If plants can power these animals why not a human being? Everyone's body is different, take the time to experiment with both and find out if either or some balance is right for you

    Hi Tish
    I never make comments on any of the sites I am subscribed to for fear of reprisals from the horrors from my past but my advocate says that the online community is a wonderful place to communicate with like minded people, so here's my maiden voyage into what will possibly be my only contribution, (no I do not indulge in any social media - too scared) but I just love the way you jig up those plants, you have certainly made me garvin like Marvin, so ooh hangrily inspired, been into vegan life since 1980s like you I love a bit of a fish in my dish, these goodies are all the ingredients my Mother would use on the festive season menu, so Thanx for the inspiration, hope this will help bring the family back together as it has only been a year since we saw our Mother and Sister passover, but hopefully I'll bring her dining table out and breath new life into again
    Xoxo 💚 💞 💛

    Tish, have you ever considered putting your cookbooks on Amazon (UK and US)? They take a little bit from the transaction, but you would be able to have paperback and hardback copies of your cookbooks for purchase. I want to buy your books so I can give them away as Christmas presents, but it would have to be something that can be wrapped. Just something to think about! I am so grateful I found you and your channel! 💗💗💗 I just did my own rendition of the first dish and it was DIVINE. I didn't have some of the ingredients you mentioned so I played around a little and used your technique. Instead of Butter beans I used Chickpeas, boiled them for a bit as I boiled some yellow potatoes as well. Mashed those two babies up while I roasted some brocoli with garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in the oven. Then, got some chives, a little bit of onion, cilantro, and garlic and fried them up with olive oil, salt and pepper. Oh, I also added dried oregano to the mix! Then I added the lovely combo into the chickpeas and potatoes and out came a beautiful, delightful mash; and you can't forget the lemon zest...oh and the extra drizzle of olive oil and pepper on top. I'm still raving about it...so nourishing. Once I go to the supermarket in a couple of days I'll be sure to pick up all of the ingredients I can get my hands on so I can make it exact.
    Please, continue to post. You've got somebody who was avoiding to cook for the longest time due to lack of inspiration, but yourself, your amazing personality and wonderful dishes have gotten me back in that groove.
    THANK YOU 🥺
