I am an ectomorph, a skinny guy and I feel that I will not be able to get abs unless I do this for a whole year. I'm not lazy but that's a very long time and idk if this video will work for me. I believe these exercises are great for people who are not skinny like me because it may be harder for them but is easier for them to develop abs. I will still try doing these exercises for a while but I don't believe in myself.

@@MrsEnigmat I used to do this not necessarily this one but an older one on this channel it’s called like “4 week 6 pack workout” and another one called “8 min ab workout” and I would do those 2 and tbh it did take 4 weeks tbh or a lil bit after and I got it like I swear I wish I could show pics on UA-cam lol but keep in mind I was eating mad healthy the whole time which is the more important part.
This is the only exercise routine that I can stay committed too I saw results within 2 weeks. Its gives you that sweat you need first thing in the morning. When I started this I was 195 and now about 3 months later I’m 183. 3 more pounds to my target goal! 🎉

I have a question jere 0:48 it said relax your neck, but when I do it my neck is working to it feels like. My upper back is up a lil to move and so is my neck so what do you mean by relaxing my neck?
I finally just did the whole video, while pushing though they be working out my abs. I’m a girl and jsut turned 15 and I was like I want some abs ( and actual abs not the abs girls be calling abs) and it’s summer so imma try to work for it 😁
