This workout definitely needs a part 2. I've been doing this twice a week for a while now, quite religiously. Core strength is so important in keeping pain and injury free and to keep a nice balance. Love it Tom!😊
Top notch as always. What I like about your content is the attention to detail. For example I injured my thoracic area doing the plank a couple of years ago. I have been scared of that exercise until now. The difference is when you tell us to bring our elbows in and the toes. Attention to detail is KEY with fitness videos. I am very picky with content because some of them miss that crucial factor. It is so important. Thanks a lot. Until next vid
@@TomPetoTraining You are most welcome. One has to give credit where it’s due, your content has changed my life. I will join your new online program one day - when I can afford it. Keep well man and take care. God bless
I did day 27, 28 and 29 in a row today and it made a perfect combo. Love doing some stretches and bodyweight abs after a dumbell workout. Looking forward to day 30.
Day 29 Done!! I can’t believe I’m getting close to completing the Lift Series program! Once again, thank you Coach Tom for all of the exercises. Doing them while listening to your voice made me think you actually sounded like Bear Grylls! Haha.
@@TomPetoTraining definitely. Its took me twice as long with full time work, my masters degree, summer holiday and fitting your workouts around my non gym days... but I've really enjoyed the challenge ❤️
@TomPetoTraining I really enjoy following along your workouts. I'm not interested in the programs you offer at this point, but i would happily tip for the training. Do you have a tip box?
@@chocolatmarmotte Thanks! UA-cam has a tip feature called 'SuperThanks' on videos. Click the three dots near 'like' icon if it isn't showing and a 'dollar/heart' symbol should be in drop down list. Other than that no I don't have any external tip features. Appreciate the support though!
Do you have any recommendations for technique on the side plank? I'm not really focused on anything specific but maybe there is something I should be doing
Some exercises such as side plank are not isolating one muscle to its ok not to feel a burning sensation at fatigue is spread over multiple area. You are still build strength & support by keeping technique strict. Try tensing glutes holding a slight pelvic tilt tucking tail bone under and bracing abs down flat during it
Yes everyone has a natural arch. That will disappear if you bring your knees to chest and during exercises just try to minimise any excessive or exaggerated over arch.

I'm a ex kick boxer I've usually really fit but struggled recently just started following you man love these technics
Thanks, glad to help you get moving. Sometimes it’s easier just to click go and follow along 👍🏼💪🏼
That was brilliant, not endless crunches leaving me with a sore back. Thank you 👍
I have some long standing disc issues myself so most of my workouts are very conscious not to aggravate the lower back 👍🏼
Nice workout. I’m glad I found your page. I think I’ll do the 30 day. From Oregon

♥️🔥🇵🇭💪
1 to go! 👌🏼💪🏼
When am on the floor but lower back dosent touch the ground I have to put my body up for my lower back to touch is that normal or?

@TomPetoTraining does this exercise help for posture or anterior pelvic tilt even for rib flare?
i just know my abs will hurt like hell tomorrow. no sneezes or laughs allowed 🕊
3:02 I know someone else who uses that music
teacher, do you think it's tabata? amrap, emom?
This one is more like Tabata. I’d probably just call them ‘intervals for time’
@@TomPetoTraining thanks you
The first one and the V Up are always difficult 😂
💪🏼🔥
I like you I promise. But I swore at you so much during these 30 minutes,
Haha well done for getting it done
