That's because, Proto-Dravidian had no aspiration and therefore, native Dravidian words don't have aspiration usually, except the Sanskrit loanwords.
Similarly, Indo-aryans aka North Indians find it problematic with more recurrent retroflex sounds in Dravidian languages, which few Indo-aryan languages posess. Sanskrit originally did not have retroflex sounds, supposedly.

I feel like very quickly the ladies tried to copy whatever the second girl said rather than objectively trying to pronounce the word the way they would given their native language's roots. Afterall, the differences and how different languages tackle each other language is what makes this interesting and unique. People just copying what they think is right to be "right" takes everything away sadly. This is definitely a trend in a couple of these videos and some are more honest than others, but for this video, a simple change in seats could've probably done a lot for the purity and quality of this video.

      Avalokitesvara reads as Awalokiteswara.
Vyasa reads as Byasa or Wiyasa.
