RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (115g) butter, softened
1/3 cup (67g) white sugar
1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk/buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1½+1 tbsp (200g) flour
1/4 cup (30g) cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red food coloring
1 cup (180g) white chocolate chips (or other chocolate)
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl beat butter with both sugars (you can do it with a spatula or hand whisk as well) until creamy. Add the egg, milk and vanilla extract, beat until combined. Add the food coloring and beat until combined, if the color is not as red as you would like, add more food coloring until it's at your desired color. Add the dry ingredients and beat on low speed until combined. Fold in white chocolate chips.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
5. Scoop dough into 2-inch Tbsp balls, place 2-inches apart on a cookie sheet.
6. Bake for 10-11 minutes or until slightly crisped around the edges and still soft in the center.
7. Allow the cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Carine Vieira t`there no flour added?
I’ve made these and they’re amazing! But I wonder, can I make them with other chocolate chip? (Semi-sweet) Even tho I like them I’m not a fan of white chocolate
I made these too and I'm also not a fan of white chocolate, when you bake them the cookies will lose some of their sweetness so I recommend using a mixture of dark chocolate and white chocolate, but use more white chocolate. I promise it will compensate for the loss of sugar. :)
I watch your full video 😊😊😊😊😊...awesome professional Cooking 😍😍😍😍 clean Cooking .... Looks soft 😍😍😍
I've tried this recipe a few months ago and made it many time since, my friends all loved them, I get abt 15-17 cookies on average when using a tablespoon

Looks like you have made two different badges because clearly see difference in the structure and color of the dough. 1,25 and 1,39 and 1,54 and 1,56. So which one is the right one because when I want to compare my dough with yours I don't know which is the standard.
Can I use self rising flour??
What type of butter? Salted or Unsalted?
Hi! May i know how much grams in each dough or what oz size did you used?
hi, is this for 12pcs only or you have leftover dough

1 week
Is it fine to chill overnight?

Is it chewy or crispy ?
Chewy
what butter to use salted or unsalted?
It’s best to use unsalted butter for pastries
It's unsalted because he added salt to the flour so it will be salty if u use salted butter
Its that cookies crispy?
Is this salted butter?
I made some binjoos today and I sent it to the prime minister
Any replacement for egg?
Try 1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce or 1 tbs of vinegar and 1 tbs of baking soda hope this helps.
What size of egg you used,?
I did not know which side of heat to use. Should I heat the oven from the top or the bottom? Looking forward to your response. Thank you

Unsalted butter?
Can i use margarine instead of butter?
Yes
How can I replace the egg
Same question
How many servings
Will it be alright to use this recipe without using an electric mixer?
You could but it will be quite an arm workout
what can i substitute for egg here?
Eggs.
@@flauntinggg2w812 bruh i cant eat eggs 😭
@@MissAnimequest did you end up making the cookies?
how to make buttermilk?
You cam also use milk but if you really want to use buttermilk i know a recipe:
1 cup whole milk
1 tbsp lemon juice/vinegar
Then microwave it for 30-40 seconds
Set it aside for 10 mins
Then shake it then it's ready (it's better to shake it in a jar)
Or you can use whole milk and creame of tartar but this recipe you dont need to microwave it
Replacement for brown sugar???
White sugar
And egg??
What are the dry ingredients? ._.
How can I replace egg
What ingredient is that? the dry ingredient, and what measure? We were having a baking in school on Friday. Please🙏, thank you.

Replacement for egg
