10 g powdered sugar
25 g unsalted butter
* Red velvet*:
220 g all purpose flour
10 g unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
110 g unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla
50 g light brown sugar
75 g sugar
Pinch of salt

I tried this and this is turns so amazing!! Please dont reducr the amount of sugar in this video because it is so balance (i reduce it like 25gr of 75gr sugar, i thought it would be so sweet but it turns less sweet; not that balance)

Bouna Giornata, this is something that you can make for any occasion. Different holiday, different colors. You can even color the cream cheese. I do an open style. When I make the dough balls I use it at room temperature and place the dough on my sheet pan and use my finger to create a well in the center of the cookie dough and fill the hole with the filling, usually a cream cheese based filling. although, i have to correct you on the recipe... in the large bowl mix, you said to add vanilla even though it doesn't show it on the video and you only add it for the filling. i hope you guys correct it as soon as you can! i accidentally added too much vanilla. luckily, it wasn't too bad but still. i want to prevent others going through the lil' minor slip up i did :)

I'm really glad this filling is cream cheese based. It's weird not seeing cream cheese paired with red velvet... Normal icing on a cake for example is just not the same...

Is light brown sugar the same as just regular brown sugar? Because I only have brown sugar at home

It's easier to form cookies into balls if the dough is refrigerated, mostly if you live in a hot climate. No, green tea doesn't work like cocoa in this recipe, I'm sorry!
