In Off season you can always do 4-5, workouts a week!
but think that the muscle need 2 days to repair and also take your recovery serious, like sleeping and eating well and hydrate.

It's a great workout.Try this a couple times. The first time I was exaughsted after the workout. The second time wasn't so bad.

In season its best to do 2-4, workouts a week! You could do 2 full body workouts and 1 stamina workout + plymotrics
