I usually don't comment on youtube, but I have a 5 year old autistic son, that I sometimes have a really hard time with, and I loose my temper sometimes, and I feel so bad when i look at him sleeping at night because he is so beautiful. I've been trying to find a way to connect and find some peace within myself, and meditate, or whatever I can do that will help me and to keep telling myself to be a good father no matter what. I'm so busy with things, and can't be two places at once, so I feel like I don't validate his existence enough. I'm still having a hard time.

I use to pray to o God but he never answered my prayers! I had an unbelievable intervention by God to where my life was saved! I then realized God intervened and then I started going to church and asking God to come into my life! Now he answers all my prayers!
I've been pretty stressed lately. Busy at work and I have problems with my e-bike. Resulting in a stressed feeling and I couldn't calm down. Listening to this music made me stop and think about my life. I calmed down and was able to find out what wrong is with my e-bike. And fix it. Just like fixing myself. I started to meditate. This helped me to calm and slow down. And now I'm stronger and can handle every busy day.

Here lying in bed with worry anxiety and feeling lost. I’ve been in the same field of work for a while and now that I’m 42 I truly fear that I have no clue what to do next. When asked where I want to be in 5 years I have a panic thinking I don’t know now. No idea how to get out of this endless loop of feeling lost. Even when my boss asks what would make me happy I cannot answer bc I’m at a stalemate with my career path. However, God is great and I do my best to give it to God through prayer.
Battling severe sickness and intense loneliness. Worst covid the delta got years back and it turned into guilanne barre. Never had a man bc no man can understand me and was robbed of having my own kids. I won’t give up. And needs no one has. Gotta stay stray strong. Almost 40 and going though so m oh hell. I live this mediation. It helps so much for me. And my adhd brain and sickness. I pray things will get better and peace for world ).

Here lying in bed with worry anxiety and feeling lost. I’ve been in the same field of work for a while and now that I’m 42 I truly fear that I have no clue what to do next. When asked where I want to be in 5 years I have a panic thinking I don’t know now. No idea how to get out of this endless loop of feeling lost. Even when my boss asks what would make me happy I cannot answer bc I’m at a stalemate with my career path. However, God is great and I do my best to give it to God through prayer.
Amen I receave my miracle today. I will be healed and will remove all dack energies and negativity. Thanks Lord for healing my mind, body, and spirit.

Battling severe sickness and intense loneliness. Worst covid the delta got years back and it turned into guilanne barre. Never had a man bc no man can understand me and was robbed of having my own kids. I won’t give up. And needs no one has. Gotta stay stray strong. Almost 40 and going though so m oh hell. I live this mediation. It helps so much for me. And my adhd brain and sickness. I pray things will get better and peace for world ).

Combine it all and just live, love, enjoy, praise God for it all, be the salt, be the light in someones tunnel and hopefully you both make it out, end the argument with a profound loss and give in your not always right. This was all on my heart. Understand a little deeper, hurt a little longer, laugh a little louder, tomorrow may be the day God sends us our termination paperwork.
