When the truth is right in front of there eyes yet they continue to ignore it. Unfortunately, there are larger interests taking precedence over our health. Great presentation Dante. Thanks

In every study it shows when you lower cholesterol mortality goes up. The studies be it vegetable oils or drugs when you lower LDL mortality goes up not down.

For anyone curious I’ve been meat based/ketovore for 6 months and recently got my lipid panel back to compare.
My ldl did go up a little but so did my hdl. My hdl is now categorized as “high/excellent” range, my triglycerides dropped 40+ points. All other labs were normal.
    Total cholesterol
    211 to 225
    Triglycerides
    113 to 66
    HDL
    54 to 63
    LDLC
    132 to 149
    Chol/HDL ratio:
    3.9 to 3.5
Other than meat I eat cultured sour cream, kefir, cheese. In very small amounts I’ll have a few pickles, strawberries, avocado, walnuts, and clementine (for example I’ve had 4 🍊in 6 months). As long as I do that, the pain and digestive problems are manageable. When I eat just meat/fat, butter, eggs, salt, water those problems are nonexistent.
*btw I throughly enjoyed this video! Thanks Dante!

I use to eat two loaves of bread each week. I stopped that overnight. I had thought sandwich meat was making me sick. It became apparent after I was diagnosed with diabetes that it wasn't the meat, it was the bread.

I wanted to support the channel so I bought a t-shirt. I am 5'4 and just under 180 lb, I've lost a lot of weight and gotten healthier, I still have 20 lb or so to go. I bought one of the t-shirts, "I love vegetarians, they're delicious" in an XL. It arrived a few days ago, but it is not an XL. It's closer to a woman's size medium. I wrote to them and asked them to please exchange it.
Just a heads up for anyone else wanting to support the channel by purchasing a t-shirt, they run very, very small.
I'm willing to exchange it but generally the law requires that returned clothing be recycled, they won't be able to resell it. I would prefer to donate it locally rather than pay to ship it in order for it to be thrown out.

I'm surprised that "they" allowed you to keep this video up considering its not conducive to "their" narrative of keeping us sick and broke. YT has been deleting many of my comments in regards to the carnivore diet, saturated fat, salt and seed oils. Keep up the great work!

Thank you for doing what you do!!!!!! I committed to lion last week....naturally gravitated to carnivore last august (2023).....i bought the wagyu beef tallow and spray because of one of your videos. 😀 Question....i know you are not a doctor or nutritionist....just want guidance as a fellow "lioner" if i am trying to get my fat macros up....my brain does not know how to calculate that....i am female 5'6 in mid 50's weigh 155 (am healthy range but need to burn more fat and am working on toning and strength training) have lost 185 pounds from my highest weight and 100 of that in the past 1.5 years with intermittent fasting....weight loss is a little "stalled" and actually up about 10 pounds since 12/28/23....i do not know how to calculate the macros for zero carb with higher fat and then the protein. Per the tdee calculator it states around 2050 calories i think? Which i am not a calorie counter....but just want a guide so I do not undereat....i appreciate any help you can provide....i adore you and appreciate all of the time you have dedicated to help so many ofnus on our health journeys ❤

One thing to note is the significantly increased consumption of alcohol in the immigrants. This has been shown to definitely cause gout. Note the difference between women’s alcohol consumption and men’s alcohol consumption. I do agree the change in diet played a large role as well but was not the only causal factor.

So interesting. I had heard of all these other island but never heard of Tokelao. I have friends from Tonga and Samoa and no one talks about it. Maybe it's because it's a whole other foreign territory?.
In the 80-90's the USA imported lors of Tongans, Samosns and Hawaiian out of their Islands. Almost by force. I always think of the Rock when i think about this. On their misbehaving they got kicked out of the island of Hawaii. Poor people. May God Bring Justice, may we be merciful without question. They are always very hospitable and non judgemental. Same as my Central American Mayan friends. .. thanks Dante!🎉

Interesting that their native diet is NOT a carnivore diet. When they migrate they eat more meat than when at the island but they combine it with garbage like wheat and sugar. Living in south Florida it is interesting how I am always finding coconuts and there is also fish in some areas. Personally I thrive on meat only with no veggies. I have eaten fruits like plantains and sour oranges at times when they are in my yard, and occasionally even my coconuts. I just tried adding bananas from my yard to my diet and had really bad diarreah so I went back to meat only and in 2 days I am back to normal.

Plase, Allow me to ask a couple of question about the Carnivore diet.Sorry fo i alredy posted before but i dont know what to do:
I am now over 160 days into a Strick Carnivore diet (I only eat meat and eggs. Nothing else 500-600g of COCKED meat plus 7-8 eggs in a day. All Divided in 2 meals) I am now 35 years old, 181cms tall, 180lbs(+-81,5kg) at +-22%BF. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week.(lift weigths to help sustain or increase muscle mass and assist fat loss- HIT Workouts)
I started the Carnivore diet to improve my body composition. I was a HEALHTY guy with NO chronic illnesses or health problems.
I lost about 17 lbs in the first 9 weeks (Mostly water) but since then I haven't been able to change my body composition. I have now gone more than 8 weeks without registering any body changes (weight loss, decrease in BF% or measurements). In fact i have gained 2,5 lbs in the last 3 weeks but might be just water.
I still need to lose at least another 15lbs of fat to reach my goal of being below 15%BF. However, I don't see how the Carnivora Diet will facilitate this process. I have not experienced most of the benefits common to Carnivores (Improved sleep, more energy/disposition, etc.) nor can I change my body composition.
So I would like to ask more experienced Carnivores:
1- How long should I extend my experience with the Carnviroa diet to be able to lose the excess bodyfat I still have?(at least 15lbs of fat)
2- What is the minimum time you should maintain a Carnivora diet when it is not working for you?
3-Is the Carnivore diet effective for those who are aldreay healthy and just need to improve body composition?
I am affraid this way of eating is too restrictive, for a healthy person, with no aditional benefit from any other whole food diet.
PS: Most of my time as a CArnivre i have not experience most Carnivore benefits or lost any body fat.
Also, Sorry for any grammar mistake, i am Brazilian and english is not my first language.
    Thank you for your attention!

Been OMAD carnivore since January 1, staying lean but starting to get lower leg cramps, shin cramps, aches in the ankles both it doesn’t help I got my knee scoped Feb 28 so I’m recovering from that but the cramps are in both legs. I’ve still got a limp on right leg so I thought my gate was throwing off the natural muscle movement.

I hear ya! I have severe leg cramps too. My doctor reviewed my blood work and doesn't see anything there would show me deficient in the usual suspects; deduced that I'm dehydrated. Told me to up my water content. I'm not as consistent as I should be on the water intake. I'll see if it helps (once I get consistent drinking more water). Most days I drink about 4 glasses of water + a cup of coffee in the morning. He said the coffee is a diuretic, and 4 glasses of water isn't enough. So I have to find a balance.
