    Hi doctor, very glad you are talking the truth and method of eating, I am a veterinarian after I was diagnosed as prediabetic at the end of 2017 due to the nerve pain in the foot, I made great Google search and compared what I have studied in my human nutrition, finally I followed all the points you have mentioned and I am free from diabetic with hba1c at 5.5 maintaining, but I regret to tell you that many physician did not diagnose me in the right time took more than 10yrs to arrive at the diagnosis, finally an orthopaedician came to the conclusion.it is really unfortunate the medical community don't have the formula of empirical diagnosis.thanks a lot let more people get benefit from your video

    Tqvm dr for rice explanation. I had been taking brown rice for a year without much difference in my sugar level. Better i eat my favourite white rice. Tq again dr ❤

    After seeing a doctor sir vedioes I take 100grm rice 200grs of vegetables and 25grms of Dall every day for 37days ,Morning and evening protein shake diet ,20minites exercise and 3kms walking I loo loose 10.1kgs
    I fell reduce lot of pain and getting a fit

    Thank you for the information doctor, however, could you please suggest that if we can consume brown rice as an alternative, or else can we try putting cooked white rice into refrigerator for 24 hours and reheat to consume, does this help .. awaiting your response..

    In-short, Indian Full-Meals is the best form of food for best health! (we south indians have lunch, with rice, kootu, poriyal, pickle, sambar, rasam, payasam, buttermilk - a complete food!)

    Unfortunately I am diabetic and ckd patient. I am advised to take less protein. Actually I adopted myself with your food style except for protein. My creatinine level is 1.5 against a standard of 1.3. Please detail protein substitution.

    Raw rice or boiled rice which is preferable for sugar patient.
