Hi doctor, very glad you are talking the truth and method of eating, I am a veterinarian after I was diagnosed as prediabetic at the end of 2017 due to the nerve pain in the foot, I made great Google search and compared what I have studied in my human nutrition, finally I followed all the points you have mentioned and I am free from diabetic with hba1c at 5.5 maintaining, but I regret to tell you that many physician did not diagnose me in the right time took more than 10yrs to arrive at the diagnosis, finally an orthopaedician came to the conclusion.it is really unfortunate the medical community don't have the formula of empirical diagnosis.thanks a lot let more people get benefit from your video

After seeing a doctor sir vedioes I take 100grm rice 200grs of vegetables and 25grms of Dall every day for 37days ,Morning and evening protein shake diet ,20minites exercise and 3kms walking I loo loose 10.1kgs
