    By the way, I understand Adam Frazier doesn't put fear into pitchers like Fernando Tatis Jr., Mike Trout, Shohei Ohtani. However, there are a lot of things that he does that you can learn.

    Stay on back side seems to be the most misunderstood term. Thanks for showing the right way. Many hitters confuse when and how and get stuck back. You can’t stay back until after you stride forward, bringing your head, belly button and center mass with you not just reaching with front foot.

    Amazing video, you gave great drills along with the tips and everything you mentioned is what you need to have in a swing to compete at the next level, that catch drill is money, great video Jermaine!

    Nice drills... catching the ball is such an intuitive way of sizing up the strike zone, shortening the bat hand-eye coordination wise. Gotta use all of these asap.

      Hey L Albert, thanks for watching. I appreciate you commenting as well. The catch drill is my favorite, and it's everything you described in this comment.

    Great Stuff Jermaine! Priceless info. A lot of good advice there. Simple and easy to follow drills. I like to say make the swing simple. Often, Less is More. And Frazier is a great example! He can rake! Extremely underrated.

    I worked as a student worker at Mississippi State when Adam Frazier was there and I remember sitting in the sky boxes in between pressure washing the stands, seeing them go out and hit off of a tee ball tee and directing their swing to put balls in the gaps. Seemed so miniscule but I was wrong.

    A lot of guys don’t believe in the pitching machine , but since my son has been working on the pitching machine, I have noticed he has been squaring up the baseball more in games lately

      Hitting off a pitching machine is hard, which is why most people don't believe in it. But, I believe it's the best thing for hitters

      @@JermaineCurtis55 yeah me and a couple of dads had the pitching machine debate yesterday , my son plays 11uaaa , he plays up sometimes 12u and he has no problems hitting them since we been on the pitching machine , and I will be trying those drills from the video, thanks big dog !!

    • @JermaineCurtis55
      @JermaineCurtis55  2 роки тому

      Yeah for sure.
      If you don't have a pitching machine that you can use consistently, try using a whiffle ball machine. Thats similar to a pitching machine but its harder to hit. This will improve hand eye coordination and much more. Let me know if interested I can get you a discount.
