The mat certainly keeps the bike from sliding but nothing keeps the mat from sliding (if that makes any sense, lol). Mine is place on my hard wood floor. Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.

Make fitness a plus point. Bodybuilding is not for everyone and not everyone should pursue it because of the negative side and other side effects invoicing drugs which are bad for the long run. I have been a steroid user once and I can assure you it feels super good but I would any day prefer being natural all my life. The bodies in bodybuilding are only stage bodies and can never be achieved naturally so unless your goal is to showcase your body on stage, only then go for it. Jai Hind 🇮🇳

if u think that u have to loose some fat/weight then it's most recommend that u do empty stomach cardio in morning... it's best for fat loss.... if u can't do it in morning then do it for 20-30 min after all weight training.... don't do it in between your exercise cause it will reduce ur strength in weight training ...... you can do 5-6 times cardio /week if u wanna loose weight in general for normal body 3-4 times is enough....... hope this will help you
