I’m growing tomatoes now for fall. Maybe I will have some to can!
Years ago, a friend gifted me a jar of pickled green tomatoes. They were pretty small like golf ball sized,, so she left them whole. It was an odd flavor, tangy and with the dill, but I sort of really liked them. Might be a recipe to look for, especially for unripe cherry tomatoes, since you know you like green tomatoes anyway.
