Everything so tasteful with attention to detail. Let me make a comparison. Had this unit been in NYC they would have had green Astroturf under the outdoor seating. This video was a DELIGHT to watch.

What a beautifully designed and decorated apartment. Not too keen on the open bathroom in the main bedroom though, especially the glass surrounding the toilet. That’s the one place I want privacy.
Pretty sure that's electrovoltaic glass (which you can tell by the flickering on camera), which is clear with a voltage and when you remove the voltage turns frosted. So likely turns into frosted glass with a switch somewhere for privacy.
I love seeing the subtle differences in luxury homes from different cultures. I'm also glad to see someone who loves backlit onxy as much as I do, an incredible house! Didn't care as much for the primary bathroom layout, but that first room was just perfect.
This place has a lot of great and extravagant features in one place which kinda feels too cluttered for my taste,it feels like they bought a lot of expensive stuff and dressed the penthouse in it . It seems like a great place to holiday with a group of friends that enjoy the finer things as a personalized experience because it just drips so hard to be an everyday home. There's too much going on in this place it feels too flashy like the owner got it as an entertainment home. I enjoy your tours Enes, you just know how to break it all down so the space doesn't feel as overwhelming.

I have to say that Vancouver does have a lot of great properties, but most of them are overpriced, probably in the top 10 places in the world for property prices.
This is one of the most beautiful penthouses I have ever seen. I am calling this Dubai penthouse the natural stone penthouse because this penthouse has natural stones in many rooms instead of the standard kitchen and bathrooms natural stones. The penthouse has natural stones in unusual places like bedrooms, foyer, and pool area. I like the penthouse living room, dining room, white marble island kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The open-design master bedroom is awesome. I like the pool and spa, I like the balcony and I like the view of the Arabian design. The interior design of this penthouse is wonderful.

The second bedroom is hilarious Imagine going to the toilet in the middle of the seating area LOL And the penthouse is so glossy like everywhere you got these glossy marble finishes gives me a headache.

I’m from London but I’ve never been on the London Eye, stood under it and it’s pretty impressive, but this one in the video yikes! That really does take you to new heights! That front door to this penthouse is colossal and the spaces are impeccably decorated. The neutral colors of black and white marble with a touch of bronze is very eye pleasing. Dubai gets stunningly hot in the summer. June, July, and August are well above 100 and it doesn’t easily cool off at night either. It’s just a few degrees north of the Tropic of Cancer.
