Any Miami Condo tour needs to come with an extensive review of the underground parking structures. We all saw what happened when cost-cutting by the owners coupled with floor after floor of massive heavy marble were stacked into an unsound building. No view is worth dying for.
This is the apartment that’s behind the oceanfront apartment with only a corner with ocean views and like you pointed out, once the next door building goes up that view will get mostly blocked out, they may need to put curtains in the master bathroom or the neighbors are going to have a direct line of sight into the bathtub.
It is crazy that you are able to find a new home every week...... like man how busy are you anyway love the videos you make, and how crazy is it that you say it is been a minute and yet it is been a week
@fe I don't live here but my travel time from ocean water on my foot to intl airport is 1hr and 40 minutes. That's on the heavy traffic. How about here?

Love the kitchen. It's nice to see the use of dark wood tones. So much better looking than the boring white on white on more white that seems to be the norm now. So many places are just way too bright. It's nice to have bright spaces, but you have some contrast with darker tones.
Cool condo! Though as a real estate agent in Tampa, its crazy the price difference between here and Miami. For $1.3 million less you can get a 5000+ sq/ft 4 bedroom penthouse condo in a prime location with waterfront views. Or for $2.5 million less you can have an over 6500 sq/ft brand new mansion also on the water. Crazy!

It’s probably meant to be a marketing ploy. To be able to say it’s the most expensive on paper. My guess is no discerning buyer will pay such a price. Especially with the changes already happening in the neighbourhood. Just a matter of time until you from unobstructed views to partial views.

Props to Molori Design as they did a great job. The building itself is quite amazing as well. However, the master bedroom is cramped and the bedrooms are quite close to each other. I think it would be a little too small for me.

This apartment is probably used as collateral in some financial institution for it to be priced like that. Because 9.5M in New York I get it but in Florida No Way.
