DONEEE i have no idea what you are talking about but yes, watching it anyway hehehe
Do you have any plans on doing house tours in Europe? I would specifically love to see mansions/apartments in/near Monaco, Saint Tropez, Cannes, Nice and generally the French Riviera.
At that range, you could go to Kyoto, buy land the size of two football fields, by the beach, then build a mansion for yourself there surrounded by bonsai trees and a moat full of koi fish. Oh, and with the tens of millions that will still be left, you could feed your family along with one entire village for the next 50 years.
But you wouldn't have stunning views of Central Park.
👍🏻😂😂
Mate, the unit is phenomenal.
and buy a jet to fly over NYC whenever you wanted lmao
🤣 yeah build your own mansion in other area or other country and ⅓ of it you can buy another apartemen in nyc
$5M for the apartment and $130M for the views
LMAOO so true
Agreed!
Facts
Couldn't be more right about that. Check out the 12 million dollar colorado home tour Enes does. If that house was located in Manhattan it would literally be priceless.
I just could not give this a like. You would think that they would have more earth tones.
Apartment was delisted and a new price set of $92 million as of 2023.
I love how excited you get for the outlets
For $135,000,000 I expect an island with fertile soil, Wells, a stream with salmon, lots of sun ( solar power / free energy ) and a stunning self cleaning villa with self cleaning interior and exterior walls. A bonus would be a portal to the local shopping centre 😀
Or one whole building for that price.
ua-cam.com/video/ZunrHYvi8MA/v-deo.html
I would never live in a city if I had that kind of money, a big piece of land far from noise and pollution, with nature views.
Damn you stretch that shit out of the money but I like it. 😂

Feels more like an luxury office space with hotel roomes than a living space
my thoughts exactly. It would be so uncomfortable living there. Doesn't feel like an actual living space.
Yes, is not a warm home.
Yes they keep it less busy with neutral colors for modern sleek idea but you have to dress it up and give it character with your personal touch and items thruout the space. As well as smells you enjoy to cook with. If it feels like or too stuffy- high end, get some silly art pieces, or personalized art work, as well as
Quite possibly first time I’ve thought “yea this just ain’t worth it”
I would need another $135 million dollars to redecorated,
You better off buying a superyacht with that money
This is the first time you thought that eh? I’ve seen plenty not worth it lmao
ua-cam.com/video/ZunrHYvi8MA/v-deo.html
But if your net worth is 3 billion, it's very affordable -- whether or not it's "worth it," because you have nothing else to do with your money.
Some financial traders accumulate that kind of wealth.
Located in NYC, this apartment is aimed at that kind of career and that kind of money.
I usually get nauseous watching these kinds of tour videos but I never feel like that with the videos on this channel. The way the videos are edited prevent me from getting motion sickness.
Also, this place is amazing. I love the Japanese style of the apartment.
They usually have a go pro or no motion stabilization. I literally got sick watching a walkthrough on another channel earlier.
Those architectural details throughout the space take true craftsmen to execute. Very nicely done.
You’re paying for less ammenities
I’m very impressed by the quality of furniture sold by IKEA these days 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMN ahhahah
Слава богу, что не у меня одного такие ассоциации вызвала эта квартира. При всем уровне некоторых дизайнерских решений - выглядит слабо, как хороший отель

Let’s see you buy anything but ikea after spending 135 mill on this pos.
I’ve seen a couple of these 40 mill dollars apt and the quality of materials used are basic, nothing is made to order of the highest caliber materials, what a rip off.I’ve been to a few 1-3 mill apts and the quality of materials surpasses anything these poorly designed overpriced apts have.
This feels like an office building. Like some hot startup's office. But, doesn't give me a home feel at all.
A startup company working out of $135 million apartment that is smaller than a typical $500,000 home? Sounds like an interesting idea.
@@shawnb50 I said the decor and interior design felt like a hot startup's office space. You could deconstruct that statement around colours, tone, mood, and a multitude of other visual and spatial cues relating to the design and how it made me feel.
I thought a startup office would look like a basement.
Amazing finishes and details in this property . I loved you're remark Enes ,on the fact that you don't need a TV when living there .
Wow! I love japanese culture and architecture, this house I loved it, 🥰 the explanation of details, Enes is the best 🥰
I can't deny there are some wonderfully elegant touches throughout, but for me the overall impression is of soullessness. So much for so little.
I couldn’t agree more, I feel like a lot of the apartment looks cheap and not very exciting.
@@Royal-hk3dh for me no more then 5 million$,I like the view, kitchen and maybe one bathroom, you can buy much better house or penthouse for less then 50 million, for me it looks too simple
You could always change it. For me the base of the design is perfect, but it's too simplistic therefore I would rev it up just a bit. I'd maybe do a sophisticated Japanese cyber punk theme.
@@blindthief same, it just needs better furnishing to make it less empty & more cozy & inviting
I totally agree.
This has to be the most overpriced apartment in the world. I cant imagine someone seriously spending $135 million for this place.
Totally agreed, you put some timber shutters on the window and little tree in the living room, then you have it, an Japanese style apartment.
It looks all too much the same. Plants would spruce it up. The view is bar-none. The rock is stupid. They could have at least put it farther away from the table so you could at least sit on it. The long rock in the long planter is such a waste of space.
I imagine myself walking in drunk... Hitting each and every one of those raised rocks and cedar boards with my toes. Then taking the shower with that massive hole in the ceiling ... feeling the crushing velocity and mass of water and its power pushing me against that sharp rock. Then walking to the kitchen and scraping that Japanese plaster off from the walls as I would stumble on those beautiful tiles. Only to realise that trying to prepare anything to eat on that crazy knob operated cooker is not possible when you are drunk... I love that place already
@@maruska13x Well, you only have to find the money for enjoying it to the full, just remember to keep something for your medical insurance.
@@maruska13x hahaha!! Sounds like a Will Ferrell movie. And I totally agree with everything you said. This place is so boring :o(

The salon looks like a boardroom. The views are incredible. The price obscene.
the biggest vegas home he reviews was 32mil
Apart from the kitchen and one or maybe two of the bathrooms I think it’s poor, like you say a obscene price but I suppose who cares when the best city in the world is framed in every room
@@ashleychambers7602 Best city? How?
That is by far the most overpriced real estate on this channel. Even The One is a bargain compared to this
The One is massive and has so a couple of floor and is also the largest house you could build in its location atleast. The entire skyscrapper probably cost around 600-1.2 billion to build and they expect someone to pay 135,000,000 or 11% the value of the entire building for just 1 apartment. It's very laughable!
No one is buying this. Maybe a billionaire to gut it and start again..for the views..but this condo is terrible.
ua-cam.com/video/ZunrHYvi8MA/v-deo.html
cuz its new york
100% who would actually buy this? Like you'd have to be a billionaire, but if you were you could get something waaay nicer for like not even half the price.
Yeah, I think I could live there -- let me break my piggybank. Phenomenal minimalist elegance and serenity. Thanks for the video, well done!
Thank you Enes, you didn't disappoint
My beef with minimalism is you're going to put like 20 of your things in this space or leave out a dirty cereal bowl and it'll look spectacularly cluttered.
100% true.
The power of storytelling. You don't need to read a book or buy a masterclass, about the art of storytelling and copy. Enes is pure gold, just watch and learn.....
The video is very well done and I followed it with interest. I am amazed by the degree of madness that can reach the human being and at the same time fascinated by what man can achieve. I allow myself just one consideration: All architects neglect the most elementary rules on safety in order to amaze. Sooner or later someone will slip your foot into the crack on the side of the catwalk with relative ankle break. There is a floor that massages your feet but if you stumble at night you end up with your head on the pointed edge of the bed. There are two power sockets drowned in the wood ...
loved the grounding energy of the bonsai trees in this 135000000 apartement
Grounding on the 79th floor haha
lol I would also need something to ground me after I see that my account is down by 135 000 000
Grounding energy? Wtf is that? These bonsai going fucking kaio-ken x10?
I love house tours in general now but one thing I've learned to really appreciate is the filming from Mikey and Jayson. They do such a great job, there isn't any other house tour channel that can match them. Obviously we all think Enes is great but they're also helping make this channel awesome.

For $135 million you can probably move to Japan and literally have something better in central Tokyo
that would be something like 14 billion jpy and I doubt any home in Japan have sold for that much after the real estate bubble in the 90s
With better design and accomodations.
I mean you could get the same Japanese style house built in America in a more reasonable area.
Yeah. Totally true. 15,382,237,500 Japanese Yen as of October 2012
Japanese realestate is weird and the same apartment would actually LITERALLY cost a tenth of the one here. Even in Tokyo.
As much as I like Japanese culture no freaking way would I live there and only because of those crazy earthquakes they get. I grew up in an area with earthquakes and I hate them so whenever earthquake season comes I'm flying out and coming back when it's over lol

this is one of the most hated apartment buildings in New York City, it's apparently a nightmare to live in lollll
Of course it is. It also should be torn down at the developer's expense, the politicians he bribed jailed.
Could you elaborate a bit more on the subject? I live nowhere near New York, so had no clue this building even existed. Why is it so hated/a nightmare to live in?
@@BhappyD It wasn't built to the engineering specifications. It creaks in the wind, water pipes burst flooding floors and the elevators are often shut down due to the building flexing as much as it does. Amazing views but not a place I'd be stoked to call home. It's too high profile, too much of a target and if that's not enough, the elements might just do it in. I'd be fine with a discreet brownstone for far less and then put the remaining money somewhere else.
@@wizardmix So sorry you chose a city. Did you ever notice that looking down on NYC it looks like a giant mother board of a computer. I prefer my several acre farm surrounded by forest at the beach pacific built in 1912 a wonderful way to live. I don't do cities I think they are an eyesore on mother earth. Peace. Good Luck.
@@jwilcox4726 For someone who loathes cities, I'm surprised you would choose to watch this video. I do not nor will I likely ever live in NYC. If my choice were that apartment or an alternative location in the city, I'd choose the alternative and save a great deal of money for better purposes. I very much like where I am now and I prefer it to large cities.
I don't share the same contempt you have for cities. I think they are what they are. We are what we are. I don't love them, I don't hate them. I think most cities are interesting. In many ways they can be more efficient in dealing with high population densities than if we all were spread out over the land each with 5 acres to ourselves.
You are very fortunate to live the way you do, probably somewhere in the pacific northwest based on your description. If that description is California, you are VERY VERY fortunate because we're talking Big Sur, Cambria or some of the northern counties. It's worth thinking that if everyone left the cities and demanded your lifestyle instead, there may be a hesitation to know if that's better or worse for mother earth. I personally think it's a better plan to keep as much nature as we can left alone rather than destroying metro areas only to subdivide more natural areas, running extensive electrical grids, sewer and gas lines to all of these individual plots. Cities are at least condensed spots and again, are efficient as such.
So nice, so beautiful:)
YUUUUK!
For anyone wondering, why the apartment costs so much.
It´s called "money laundering".
If some businessman owes you alot of money and he cant just give it to you legally, then you just make a "luxury" apartment and make the price tag what you want.

So first of all, thank you to Enes for an, as ever, very professional tour. There are aspects of this interior which I like very much, despite a somewhat awkward layout but I think that any discussion of 432 Park Avenue isn't really complete without addressing some of the problems of the building itself.
The residents are currently suing the developers over the more than 1,500 faults in the building. They cite stuck elevators, flooding, electrical explosions and noise caused by building sway as just some of the problems. They are reportedly seeking $125m plus punitive damages. I'm not sure about the rest of this comment section but I certainly wouldn't be in a hurry to move into a building with those sorts of issues.
Hence the asking price. Leaving $10M in the bank.

The outside of the building looked positively like 1960s box architecture. And the the inside rooms look like railroad boxcars refurbished for apartment use. The view is great if one doesn’t mind the NYC pollution. I could think of a better way to spend $130,000,000
You talk about the pollution, but that's may be the best feature this appartment can afford : you're above 95% of the pollution, that's the advantage of elevation. Beside, I agree with some of the comments, it's flawless but sterile.
@@lotharingien9426 The unforgettable thing about NYC for me is driving over the GW bridge in the lm late 60s & early 70s and seeing the Bronx in the distance. As a child I was horrified that a city would allow some of its citizens to live in such a horrific scene. I suppose someone looking down from the penthouse would still be able to look down on the squalor where those who support the penthouse work, but it would spoil the view for me entirely. I can’t imagine I wouldn’t still be equally horrified. I guess some people like Trump and his like wouldn’t care a bit.
I just wanted to give a shout-out to Mikey and the editors for a well produced episode. I hope the realtors appreciate how good you made the apartment look. It *is* a skill.
Greetings youtube user, I am a lawyer from Russia with 9 years of experience. The legal framework in our countries has similar features, but prices vary significantly. I am ready to provide simple legal services for an affordable amount of money. If you are interested in my proposal, then I can leave my e-mail address and we can discuss the questions that have arisen.
Awesome
for the last few days I have watched several videos by enes yılmazer, visited several 1% homes through his words and lens, yet this is the first time I have seen bookshelves (and even with an agnes denes book in it). the view is spectacular, as a anime lover and modernist architecture enthusiast, I really loved the interior design of the flat. I guess the sickest part was the hand carved walnut floor of the master bedroom, I can feel the texture just by seeing it. whatever, please do more luxury homes with bookshelves please, those houses I am pretty sure will be more cultured in every way possible.
There’s an extra “1” in the price! Top marks for ambitious pricing!
The original asking price was 170 million so clearly they notched the price down prior to this video already. This building is worthless now amidst the structural controversies, It won't sell until it hits like 20 million.
@@MasterExploder61 the floor below the penthouse got cut by 17 mil lol
Enes, I really appreciate your flow in your presentation. You don't hold on too long to any specific topic that it really helps to retain the whole picture as there is so much to unpack in this apartment.
Haha. Seriously? I admire his breathless desperation to sell this discount office space... with its corian and "acid washed concrete". What a joke.
@@AltaMirage It really sounds like you don't like the way he presents properties. Do you have someone in mind that you prefer instead?
@@AltaMirage he’s not trying to sell it…
@@kaylamolkner4253 :
I really liked the balcony
I don’t know but you guys showing the unit during night time, felt nostalgic..hmmm.. really looks familiar. Each design you see just takes you to a journey and gives you some kind of a vision of serenity and loneliness (in a deeper meaning not the “sad” meaning), Anyway, no words can describe this place but makes you feel one and grounded.
Really loved the ceilings with the LED lighting and the recessed outlets!!
Insane buildings. I would not only never live in one, I wouldn't live anywhere near that design failure waiting to happen!
Imagine a EARTHQUAKE
They say... "Everyone gets to exist, but not everyone gets to truly live"! I would imagine living or being in that building at such elevation to be quite an experience! One might get desensitized to it after a while, but look at how breathtaking those views are for yourself. Now, when it comes to how much it costs, I almost thought the dollar had lost its value for a sec, but I guess price is subjective in this case?
This guy should be selling this place, phenomenal presentation👍
amazing page, well done
22:15 Although it was not mentioned, I was impressed by the commode lid automatically lifting as he approached.
xd
I am glad someone else mentioned it. I found it hilarious 🤣😂
I thought he passed wind as he approached. 🌬
Imaging always blocking half of your $135M views with shutters that can't get out of the way :/
I think if you can splurge 135 million on a appartment, removing some shutters will not be a problem xD
in all seriousnes its still way overpriced
Looking where to spend some Tesla profits in 2030 huh?
@@dreckigerdan3739 I thought so too. The size in NY would add to the price but the minimalism seems kind of cheap looking to me, for the price.
Probably build fot the Yakuza so the can blockout sniper views hahaha
good i hope live there someday
Wow a 50,000,000 hunk of rock!
