The chevron flooring (vinyl plank) I presume, is a nice departure from the marble. Not a fan of the kitchen, but the home was priced well IMO based on accents and location. Nice job

There is an influx of off-plan properties so this one above is off-plan and will be completed in a few months hence the lower price tag. Secondly its on the basis of supply and demand the US have a supply issue places like San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York and Washington have a shortage hence the demand hence the spike in prices some of the communities and houses have been around longer as well so there is more history, provenance. I’m sure they use a wider lens that shows more perspective of how big some of these places are. See if your camera guy can find either a wider lens or a new camera that can accommodate one as to be honest that’s the only difference in quality I can see between yours and the top guy on UA-cam 😎
