Hey Enes. As an engineer who has been watching your videos from the very begining, I would say they are almost perfect. For me, you could achive the perfection in your videos by dedicating only a few seconds of video to the invisible heroes of these mansions, which keep them running and making them so cool. Im talking about the, technical rooms, boilers, FV, pipes, AC units, power plants, pool machinery... In my opinion, a technical room could be a piece of art itself, like another work of art in the house which deserves some appreciation. Glad to see the channel growing. Greetings from Ibiza

This mansion is just as luxurious as the others, but its location and views are unmatched by other mansions! That TV is very special, like a work of art! The transparent swimming pool is also very special, just like an aquarium! I look forward to visiting Dubai one day to visit the luxury mansions introduced by Enes! I lived in Palm Jumeirah back in 2013/2014. Back then, it was a fantastic place even without the mall, the Royal Atlantis, and several other new developments. Now that it's 95% completed, it is the perfect place to own a house like this one.

This architectural achievement is warm and artistically dramatic while also being well imagined and beautifully executed. A brilliant find.

This is one of the rare homes which I would describe as immaculately decorated. There were loads of 100+ million homes which had furniture disconnected from the idea of the house itself.

The amount of work that goes into these are actually insane, the audio is so clean and crisp, the colors are gorgeous and vibrant and just awe-inspiring, and the camerawork is just nothing but top level professionalism and still the videos improve with each release. I was actually just jaw dropped from this footage, the house is stunning! I cannot begin to even fathom how much goes into actually making a house like this even exist and then your team comes and showcases it and shares that is just a huge treat! Furthermore, I truly look forward to each video!
The TV is so Dubai, incredible (as is the price point!). That first outdoor kitchen is stunning, I love those reveal details in the middle of the walls, I am surprised we don't see that more often, it's such a cool detail, Thanks for another great tour!

I am curious about the price of nearby other homes. $40 million for that amount of space is little on the high side.
Asking price and sale price are 2 very different things. The One in Bel-Air was listed for $295M but sold for $141M.
