almurabiton invited me and my kids to come to Dubai a long time ago, the offer was nice but I don't have the money to make a trip like that being on a fixed income.
I hope everyone likes our first video in Dubai! Also, I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to each and every one of our viewers because today we hit 2 Million subscribers!!! We couldn’t be more grateful for all of the support and it is because of YOU that we get to travel around world and showcase the most exclusive properties! More Dubai coming soon :)
The houses seem a bit close together considering how much money they cost. I heard that was an issue for some people who'd bought properties there before it was all finished.
The first thing I thought to myself when I saw the house was how close it was to the houses next to it. No privacy, no land. It looks like a regular neighborhood in any city and, for wealthy people, that doesn't seem like something they would want. I understand you're in an exclusive neighborhood, but there are still an awful lot of houses all packed into the same small space. When I think of a mansion, I think of a large building on a gigantic piece of land. Maybe there might be a smaller guest house or two, but its still an estate. Alas, there's not enough land in Dubai for everyone to have a lot of it. Or perhaps whoever owns the land wanted more profit and more houses means more profit? All of that said, I find myself watching your videos much more often than I watch anyone else's, so that means you're doing something right. Besides, none of the rant above was aimed at you, of course. Keep up the excellent work and keep making those videos!
Your points are correct except one; there's plenty of land in Dubai, just it's further and further out into the desert. There's not enough waterfront for everyone; hence, all the man made islands and canal projects in Dubai.
I love these new various house tours. Don't get me wrong the LA house tours are great but these changes from time to time is a nice touch. Keep up the good work!
Earlier when you used to majorly tour LA Mansions, i wondered how awesome it would be if Enes travelled to exotic locations and show Mansions there! I'm glad you're upto it and congratulations on 2M Subs ! Woohoo!
I'm truly amazed with how he explains everything so passionately. Imagine someone took the job under family pressure- "That's the door, that's the sofa, that's the glass wall and it can go up, that's the kitchen, that's the living room, that's the bedroom and the beach is outside.''
Wow, I remember years ago when those "man made" islands where built (I saw videos on the process). I didn't even know such an awesome looking home was on there, never mind them being built out that much. Very nice, thanks for showing !
I have been watching the channel for more than a year and I have to say the way parts of the video flow into each other is flawless. You definitely need the best cameraman and the best presenter when touring such expensive homes. Thank you Enes and Micky.
Gorgeous property. Also I am blown away by that staircase, I can't even imagine the amount of work it would take to book match and vein match it on all sides. 🤯
@@EnesYilmazer Yeah, looks great, just needs more space between these homes. A lot of money, but needs a bit more privacy for the backyard. Amazing channel BTW.

The entire palm was built by dutch emgineering companies whomare very experienced with land reclamation and have been doing it for decades. New york and florida also do land reclamation, you dont see people not buying miami and nyc properties...
@@JSCimmo yes yes you can. Miami is sinking insanely quickly, palm jumeirah properies arent. Also properties in palm jumeirah recorded almost 30 billion$ in sales in 2021. Educate yourself before trying to argue with me...
You can't compare either Miami or New York City to Palm Jumeirah, because they were not "created" in the same way. Palm Jumeirah is a completely artificial construction. Miami was built on a very low-lying area, as is the case with many coastal cities. Miami has become increasingly subject to flooding and inundation because of sea level rise and natural subsidence. Manhattan island is a natural island, but there are areas around the edges that have been extended over the years by landfill reclamation. Much of Manhattan, the natural parts of the island and the landfill edges, are like Miami subject to increased flooding and inundation due to to sea level rise along a coast that is just a few feet above sea level now. Again, that will be the fate of all low-lying coastal areas as sea level continues to rise.
You know what crossed my mind yesterday while watching the latest Enes plus video,i wonder when they'll go to Dubai..then i wake up and you're in Dubai..wow!!
17:31 My wife and I were saying the exact same thing! At the beginning of the video, we were saying how something just wasn't right about the way things look out there. She was telling me how it just didn't look real, and I was telling her how I thought it looked like CG too. It's very interesting to see how human instincts can pick up on natural vs "artificial" like that. And I put "artificial" in quotes because to me, everything that is of this earth is "natural", in a sense. Great tour as usual guys. Thanks again.
This is such a risky investment. You can't fight physics. The ocean is eroding this island 24/7/365. Dubai has been able to maintain the land mass, so far, but how long can they afford to keep up?
Not really, erosion only happens when there is a current in the sea. Inside the palm the water is relatively quiet, so very little erosion. The sea will flow around the the outer island, which can cause erosion. Therefor they use concrete blocks to build that coast line. And you can see the process slowly progressing, so it is quite easy to maintain. Trust me, I'm a Dutch Civil Engineer
I remember when you were at like 10k bro. Super inspiring seeing the constant grind pay off. Congrats to you & your team! One day I'm gunna buy one of the houses you feature.
compared to what I am used to watching on this channel, this doesn't look as much premium as one would think, infact it gives an impression of being a commoner for whoever buys it, living with neighbours sharing walls etc.
That’s a fair assessment, particularly by Dubai standards… in US terms, this is builder grade affordable housing appealing primarily to the expat community. Hence the white western European design aesthetic. Personally, I like interiors that don’t feel too precious.
😀😀. It's palm Islands. The house itself has less squarefootage for 17 million . But it's the location .and there will be demand .But i am not sure what will happen if sea level rises . Not exclusive to duabi .
The thing is you buy a house with no privacy and the canal or water stinks too. And in Dubai you can live at most 6 months a year because it gets very hot in summer. Oh yes, and the palm tree is sinking by 3cm every year. In fact, you're buying a 17 million house that's built on sand that sinks into the sea.
I've always said - as at 17:54 - Dubai is like something out of Bladerunner. Especially the view from when flying in either over cloud cover with skyscrapers piercing the clouds, or with a pending sandstorm. Awesome view.

Don't get me wrong, the house is cool, expensive etc. but for ~18M, no privacy or private yard? Even the balcony is almost adjacent to the next house... I don't know about this, I mean you get more land even in LA. Also feels weird trying to get some fresh air and strangers can see you. Hard to host parties too, neighbors must be super annoying
“This house is 30 feet from water…that is the closest we’ve ever been”. Because last week it was 40 feet, and the week before that it was 50 feet…… I have never seen anyone on the beach near there. Ever. Soooooo hot.
This is another beautiful house in a great city and in a great country. Many years ago, when the construction of these artificial islands in Dubai began, I thought that it would not work and that the idea would be a disaster, but I confess that I am surprised because the project not only worked, but the houses are also beautiful. But 17 million dollars is a good amount of money to invest in a house with no green areas in a city with no green areas either, you don't see trees in Dubai and that makes the city sadder. If this house were mine, it would have lots of plants, grass and even trees. And the climate is quite hot which means big expenses with air conditioning.
Not only the trucking your sewage problms on the islands(lines of a 100 or so every morning), the ocean water within the islands is extrememly poor and barren of life other then what gets shipped in and quickly dies, it wasn't designed with currents in mind to attract/keep sealife. Not to mention the islands are slowly sinking, when built they sucked up sand from the ocean floor adjacent to and piling it up, ruining the seabed and plant life that would have helped stabalize them in the first place, its an ecological disaster. Oh and all of these islands will be covered by about 6' of water by 2035 according to the UN report on climate change. so in less then half the life of your mortgage your house will be worthless
@@steveshillinger2920 I didn't know about all these problems. This is very serious, it is what always happens when man decides to play God. This could only be an invention from China that ran the project. As a home builder for over 30 years I would never build a house or building on sand.
I feel like someone paid you guys a lot to promote this place. It's kind of bland, small, and overpriced. But I appreciate you taking us to other parts of the world.

Literally a dream home ✨💙
Well done guys
Looks like shit in a shitty country to us
Congrats on 2 million subs, by the looks of things I will be saying congrats on 3 million subs in not very long!
Good to see people are realising what I also realised a while ago that this channel is the best for showcasing these amazing properties!
Enes, I really appreciate you, you are amazing at what you do. Thank you guys for showing us these beautiful homes.
i'm honored! more to come!
OMG YOU ARE IN DUBAI! Welcome Enes and team!
can you tour a house in Colorado because it is beautiful
This place is so gorgeous and the property is stunning
Enes, you guys do an awesome job putting together these videos. Always a treat to watch your videos wherever you are, whether it's here in SoCal, Europe, and Dubai.
thank you for the kind words!

You guys are officially the most sought after in the real estate world. Proud to be one of your early subs.
Their greatest strength is his even pitch at which he explains and there is a sense of calm … he also goes over the minutest of details … he makes big and luxurious real estate feel normal to a common guy
I read somewhere that the palm and similar developments were at risk of future land-loss. Anyone have any takes on this?
Yeah, of course especially when these things are man-made. 😬😬
Also the water smells cause it doesn't drain out
Also, there is no sewage system for the city. They haul waste out in trucks.
@@leefrancis007 lying i worked in palm jumeira for 2 years i never felt any smell, it’s sea water and it flows
@@arribaficationwineho32 another lie there is a sewage system maybe you talking about outskirts of the city where you find laborers accommodations
Beautiful and impressive property! And that TV in the study, Wow! I've never seen that before...amazing! Great presentation and photography as always!! ✅
I am from Iran 🇮🇷 😀 🙂 and this home with all its feature definitely won the 1st place 🏆✌ on list of my favorite homes. I feel like because it's Dubai, you know it is near to my country and basically some same traditions and cultures.
🥲🥲😍😍🤩🤩💯💯🥲🥲
Anyways... you two both, Enes and Mikey, you were actually born for this and have the gift to portray, explain snd show us a super slick 😉 and mesmerizing video.
Thanks 😊 🙏 🫂 🌹🌹❤❤
happy to hear that! hope this tour was helpful!
@@EnesYilmazer it absolutely 💯 👌 🙌 👏 was.
Cool Iran 💪🏻
You have said what I felt , Dubai is our pride and location wise it's excellent
And about culture YES very much similar whether you go to Sarajevo, Kazan, Tehran, Antalya , Karachi, Muscat, etc
Love Iran from Algeria 😃
2M subscribers!! congrats enes and mikey!! ❤❤
It is a risky investment! In the long run will be under water for sure; in the short run, small Tsunami or a man-made turbulence might create a huge wave! I'll pass on this. Thanks for the great job though.
The sand even looks sketchy
The entire palm was built by dutch emgineering companies whomare very experienced with land reclamation and have been doing it for decades. New york and florida also do land reclamation, you dont see people not buying miami and nyc properties...
@@gavwolf123 companies are fleeing Miami.
Manhattan is built on bedrock, not sand.
It's In the gulf I don't think any tsunamis or earthquakes are going to hit it.
Nothing that Arab money can’t resolve
I used to live in Dubai Enes and drive by those mansions all the time to go to Atlantis, love to see youre touring one and I can see what they look like!
Been watching episode after episode. Thanks Enes, Mikey and team for putting such incredible effort into these videos and delivering such amazing content. These videos give u more of an experience rather. I been thoroughly enjoying them!
thank you so much!
I wanted a Dubai episode and finally got one 😄🙂
Wonderful Enes you never Fail to surprise me with those outstanding house tours 💯💯🥂
Thank you kindly!
Enes Selam,
Thank you guys !!! We LOVE travelling the WORLD with you. Can't wait for the new episode (wednesday ? 😁)

I love that house and views of DUBAI are awesome
Wow, absolutely beautiful. I started watching your videos a month ago and I wanna thank you for all the amazing videos. I am about to remodel a home and your videos have been a great source of inspiration. Keep up the great work. Love from 🇯🇲

wow, happy to hear that! glad our videos were helpful!
ENES THIS IS THE BEST TOUR ON THIS CHANNEL PERIODT!!!! I absolutely love Dubai and I am so glad you're there to give us amazing content. Please go to JBR and Dubai Marina as well. They have some beautiful apartments there that should be worth a tour too!!!! I AM HERE FOR ALL THE DUBAI CONTENT :D
Because last week it was 40 feet, and the week before that it was 50 feet……
I have never seen anyone on the beach near there. Ever. Soooooo hot.
love this 😍🥰
That’s amazing how they created the palm islands! The top view is outstanding! 👏🏾
Dubai also has no sewage infrastructure so you have to wait for trucks to carry away your shit.
@@artarealmblazer 😱😱😱 that's a serious problem, I didn't know that.
@@steveshillinger2920 In this case I'd rather buy a Disney castle at Turkey Burj Al Babas resort for 300k dollars kkkk.
That view of Dubai and that architecture. Sheesh!!!!!!!
Esse cara é incrível 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
thank you bud!
Good job Enes, Dubai definitely deserves a creator like you showing us this amazing tour!
Dubai de gerçekten çok güzel evleri vardır. amazing view in palm jumeirah
Great review of the property. The Host is very engaging and has a pleasent personality
I feel like someone paid you guys a lot to promote this place. It's kind of bland, small, and overpriced. But I appreciate you taking us to other parts of the world.
Not everywhere around the world is like LA lol
If someone did pay them they deserve every penny
Are they not real estate agents? This is their job why on earth wouldn't they get paid
@@purpletothebeck9904 No, they're not real estate agents - as they've stated hundreds of times at this point ...
@@exnihilonihilfit6316 Enes is a realtor tho. majority of the houses he tours and then films to be later uploaded on his YT channel aren't under his listings
Your videos are just amazing, I mean, this is pure art !
