- In this 30 min Full Body POWER HIIT workout | Bodyweight + Dumbbell & Core | No Repeat we will have 10 bundles of 4x exercises in total, 3x bodyweight bundles, 3x dumbbell bundles, 3x core bundles and a final bundle which is a mixture of all kinds of exercises. We will be performing each exercise for 35 seconds with 15 seconds rest in between.
These dumbbells that I’m using is this video:
2x 10KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
Before starting the workout, make sure to properly warm up by following this video:

I am pretty sure I was going to end up not working out with no valid excuse. Just not been as motivated the last 5 days. But last night I opened UA-cam, and the preview to this premiere was right on top. So I set my alarm to make sure I start on time as it went live. If I missed it I might have not worked out.
This was great!I used 2X 8kg today. It killed me lol, but once I started there was nothing left to do but to finish it.
All the core exercises were great! Wait, except Breakdancers that late in the video is not nice to do to us lol😭. I somehow did it, but it was a huge struggle lol. Spider Tuck Twist was a first for me. For DB Dead Bug, the upper body muscles that get used were already tired so that was more difficult than usual as well.
