30 min Full Body Strength HIIT Workout | Dumbbell + Bodyweight | No Repeat

- In this 30 min Full Body Strength HIIT Workout | Dumbbell + Bodyweight | No Repeat, we'll complete 6 bundles of 5 exercises: 2 using dumbbells, 2 using bodyweight, and 1 focusing on the abdominals. Each exercise will be performed for 35 seconds, followed by a 15-second rest. After each bundle, we'll take a 25-second rest.
At the end of the workout, we'll finish with 2 complex sets, each consisting of 3 exercises performed for as many rounds as possible.
The focus of this workout is on using challenging weights at a faster pace to enhance explosiveness and muscle endurance while burning calories. Remember, the heavier the weight, the more your heart has to pump blood through your body, making the workout more intense!

In comparison to other 30 min db workouts this one felt rather easy. I loved it still just noting for future. I used a pair of 25 lb dbs and I’m 7 weeks pregnant 😊 thank you for this bad ass content.

I never do jump lunges so I had a feeling I shouldn't do the Pulse Staggered Jumps, but I did them anyways.
I did have sore knees later that day and the next day. So I'll try this again soon holding weights, and do Alternating Staggered Squats instead and see if it was that exercise alone that made my knees sore.

The only way I get through these workouts is maintaining the false hope there is a 1 minute water break coming at half way. It never does, so I do the next workout hoping for the same.
Those water-breaks existed because my old canon couldn’t record for more than 30 min straight, now the Sony can record ENDLESS, no breaks till we pass out brother 👺🤣🤣🤣
