Ten Minute Mindfulness Guided Meditation for Focus

- This is a very simple Original10 minute mindfulness guided meditation (recorded by us), as we begin to focus on our breath, we begin to relax inwards, bringing ourselves into a meditative state. We will eventually begin to focus on the feelings and sensations of our hands and feet , without judgement, to give your mind something to practice observing and being aware of.

"... if this is not applicable to you" is one of the most beautiful, thoughtful phrases I've heard in a meditation. This one is so lovely overall, but the inclusion of that phase made me so glad.

Mindfulness helps us face reality in the moment. Instead of letting our distractions control us, we calmly acknowledge that they're there
This was incredible. My attention was so focused on that one part of the body.. which I realized..we don’t give much thought about. Focusing on that part for a couple minutes made me feel incredibly grateful, you could feel the pulsation and the rhythm of the body. It was just beautiful. Thank you hun! ❤🥺
I usually meditate on my own without any guidance for 5 min. This guided meditation felt shorter even though it was for 10 min! It was way more relaxing too
This was SO GOOD! Not all the talking, chatter, "dear one", blah, blah. Just soft soothing voice. Please do another!!!!!!!!

I felt a wave of energy in my head area that would usually cause me to quit my meditation but while I was feeling it you said be the observer and I was able to separate myself from that feeling, such a spectacular step for me. Thank you!
I finally could listen to meditation without shifting my focus on all things around me. I feel less anxious.
When I started meditation I thought, well this does nothing. But lately I noticed that I'm much less annoyed by sounds around me and I'm better able to focus on what I'm doing. So it does help. Just slowly and without you noticing it immediately. Thank you:)
I actually was able to feel tingles in my hands and pressure in my feet once I focused my attention there🙏🏾
I'm going to keep coming back to this one. I felt the air becoming easier to flow just as you were identifying that it move freely when it is being allowed to flow the way it's intended to. Now I can comfortably tend to the aches and soreness in my body because I can fully feel where it all lands. To another day of accessing the power to heal within myself. ✨️💚 Thank you GM as always 🫶🏾

I feel good after meditating. This is my very first time trying it. I really like how clear my mind is when doing this and bringing my undivided attention towards the feeling and sensation of my hands and feet, it may seem so simple, but it felt freeing for some reason. My mind is usually full of so many thoughts and in that moment, I had absolute focus on one thing. I am doing this as part of a school project on creating good habits and for a while now I've been wanting to get into meditation, and so I chose it. Thank you so much for this video. 🌸🌱❣

Thank you so much. I was feeling really overstimulated this morning and I think I may have had too much caffeine. I had so much to do and felt rushed and so much tension. I felt like ok I definitely need to meditate.

This helps with sensory motor ocd. It can be triggering at first, but its a good start. some people started going on hikes in the sunlight which is like a scary thing to do for person who fears his bodily sensations, so this is a good start. It definitely helped me

Is it still a win if i feel sleepy in between the meditation?
I don't know why... But i feel so small when i meditate... It feels like everything around me are just getting bigger and bigger and I'm just floating around. Is it normal!!!?

I tried ... My brain starts to feel like it is going to explode in first 4 minutes... I just can't continue ... I just can't . I don't know what's the problem with me but it is terrible , I just broke down after 4 minutes of being with myself
I can't get focus in meditation😢
She talks too much, leading me to think more about what's she saying than to what I should meditate on. Other than that, I like when we focus on body parts.
