I've suffered with it for years...took your advice and bought the shampoo and the face wash and WOW within a week the difference is staggering. Thankyou
Thank you so much for your video. It’s nice to have someone talking about it. It’s not that easy to find some quality information about this skin condition. Keep up the good work 😌
Hey, Alexander! Your videos and testimonies have been a real blessing. I'm 28 and have had this condition for a long time. My ritual, as of late, was using green apple 2 &1 head n shoulders on my forehead/eyebrows/nose, and then using Lubriderm unscented lotion after the shower. a few years ago, i was using zinc soap (which worked) but i stopped buying them and have now decided to buy them again because i suspect zinc bars are less chemically diabolical than head n shoulders . do you find that your skin dries after a shower if you DONT use moisturizer? maybe ive just become so used to always using moisturizer after a shower. my new routine will be using the cerave foam cleanser, zinc soap bar in the shower, and then slapping on a moisturizer. Which moisturizers have you been using these days (if any) ? cheers - Marlon
Hello Alexander, your advice worked. I have Seborrheic dermatitis. I am washing my hair with ketoconazole 2% shampoo twice a week and my scalp is no more itchy and flaky. Can you recommend any conditioner/moisturizer for hair as my shampoo is very drying?
Thank you so much. Your videos have been much more helpful than my dermatologist. All she told me to do was use cortisone for two weeks and eucerin moisturizer. They barely worked and the redness came back worse when I stopped using the cortisone.
Thank you for the video. I appreciate the calm and genuine way you talk about it. I’ve had this condition for about 10 years starting in my early 20s. Thought it was a phase, now come to realize how common it truly is. The only time I ever get flare ups is when I shave my face. The razor no longer slides blissfully down my face like me teenage years. It’s like dragging sandpaper down and often causes a tiny flare up that lasts about 1 day and then settles. Do you find yourself having problems shaving? I’m wondering if the zinc wash could help me with that. Cheers

I saw your other video and this. Did you get tested for Lupus?
No I didn't. Perhaps I should though since I'm fatigued often, get mouth sores, and the butterfly rash flare ups.
Seboric dermatitis effect on beard vellous hair plz reply bro
hey what facial cleanser do you use?
My current one is discontinued so I might get my next cleanser from DermaHarmony. There are tons of options: search for "Pyrthione Zinc 2% Cleansers"
@@AlexanderDemergis they both have olive oil in them though? I thought that was a bad thing

I never had any issues shaving because mine spreads higher up on my face, far away from facial hair. Hope that helps!
Will the cerave cleansers not work?
They should if they have either selenium or zinc as the active ingredient
So I can’t get outside in the sun and exercise even? What kind of hell is this disease
Haha you definitely can, it might increase chances of flareups in my opinion if you don't wash your face after
