I've been using ketoconazole for 4 weeks now 3 times a week. And before that at least 1-2 times a week. But i feel it's just makingit worse. I was losing trust in medicatie tot try the zinc stuff.. but maybe i should ask for that. With me it's mostly on my scalp 😢

I had exact same as you and I use Styprox shampoo on hair on head ,face for shaving and bollox area and Canesten HC cream on the face after shaving in the shower. Never get it ever.

Great video. When my son was an infant, he was diagnosed with Asthma as well as having odd spots of red angry dermatitis on his back and upper arms. We were lucky enough to find a doctor who specialised in infant dermatitis, he told us to use Selsun Gold but in very small amount, diluted in warm water, as a wash on the areas. We only used it only a few times, and the skin problem resolved and didn’t return.

I slowly and cut eating bread (that uses yeast) and avoid drinking beer (also has yeast) reduce my seborrheic. It come and goes but reducing these two help me. Also removing your facial hair helps stop growing dermatitis on face and shortening your haircut also helps.

There is an alternative that mostly works for me which is Piroctone Olamine found in some off-the-shelf shampoos. I've been using Clear Men and H&S Derma X Pro Soothe, which both contain it. Of course I still get flares when I don't use them often enough and the oils accumulate. Both Zinc Pyrithione and Ketoconazole were banned in my country (EU), as well as Coal Tar. I used Nizoral in the past and it worked to control the SD, but obviously it's not possible to get it anymore. I haven't tried any shampoos with Selenium Sulfide yet, they appear harder to find.

Tried not washing everyday, oil in my hair decided otherwise. I use JVN embody shampoo and conditioner. Never realized the products actually made a difference.

I'm 29 and last month started contact dermatitis to office dust. This is extremely annoying cause this happens on face. I went to doctor 3-times and firstly he gave steroids cream and pill, at the second time, he gave antifungal cream and pill, and at the last time, glutathione pill, multi vitamins and collagen powder..😅 Thank you for sharing these products about what my doctor didn't discuss..❤

The products that he mentioned aren't sold in my country and it's freaking expensive to import from overseas, so here's an alternative that I use to manage my seborrheic dermatitis: *sulfur!* I use facial wash that contains sulfur and use it on my affected areas (nostrils, around and inside my ears, some parts of my scalp) and leave it for a few minutes before rinsing. It's not all gone yet since I've only been using it for 2 weeks but I'm already seeing a lot of improvement. Supposedly it works to get rid of acne too. The only downside is the smell (it's really strong) and it stings like crazy if you accidentally get it in your eyes, but it's way cheaper than the products he mentioned so I can't really complain ^^;
