INGREDIENTS 4 Persons:
For the ROASTED POTATOES:
10-12 small potatoes / 5-6 large potatoes
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1.5 teaspoons of red chili powder
1.5 teaspoons of thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder / 2 cloves of garlic grated
Roasted Chickpeas:
1.5 cups boiled chickpeas
1/2 teaspoon of salt,
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
For SALAD:
1/2 Eisberg Salad
1/2 Lettuce /Oak /Lollo Rosso
1 large red pepper / 3 capia peppers
5-6 mushrooms
1-2 avocados
1 red onion
SALAD SAUCE WITH tahini:
1.5 tablespoons of tahini
1/2 lemon / 1 lime
salt
1.5 tbsp. yoghurt
1 tbsp. This
1/2 teaspoon of honey
1 clove of garlic (optional)
POTATO SAUCE:
A bowl of yogurt
salt and pepper
1 handful of chives / fresh garlic / scallions
