Bulgur Salad (Kısır) with Carrot and Beet | Extreme Taste 😋 Health Warehouse 💪 Friendly Recipes

Bulgur salad (Kısır) is my must! I'm neutered almost every week. Sometimes spicy, sometimes with lots of vegetables and sometimes with lots of greens. But I always use vegetables according to the season. This is my barren recipe with carrot, beetroot and pomegranate, which I often make during the winter months. The combination of winter vegetables, pomegranate and greens adds flavor and health to the barberry.
MATERIALS:
2 cups (300 g) fine bulgur wheat
1 cup (220 ml) of boiling water
3 carrots
1-2 beets
1 pomegranate
3 green peppers
1 bunch of spring onions
1 small lettuce or 1/2 lettuce
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of dill or mint
1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of chili paste
3 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 lime or 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 pinch of salt (for the bulgur to swell)
1 teaspoon salt
