Crispy spring rolls with lots of vegetables 💛 | Simple and delicious with strudel dough 😋Hot & Spicy

INGREDIENTS FOR CHINA SPRİNG ROLLS:
8 baklava phyllo dough
50 g glass pasta or 200 g finely chopped white cabbage
150 g tofu or ground beef
1 large carrot / 2 medium carrots
2-3 spring onions
1 cm ginger (optional)
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
Salt (beware, soy sauce contains salt)
black pepper
oil for frying
HOT SWEET SAUCE WITH SUPPLEMENT:
For those who can't get it ready: Do it yourself!
HOT SWEET SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
3 hot red peppers (seeds removed)
3 cloves of garlic
1.5 teaspoons of rice vinegar
4 tablespoons of water
6 tablespoons of sugar
1 Tbsp wheat starch and 1 Tbsp water
RECIPE: Pulse pepper and garlic in food processor. Take a saucepan and add the vinegar, water and sugar. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat. In a bowl, whisk 1 tbsp of starch with 1 tbsp of water and add 1-2 tablespoons of the sauce and mix. Add this mixture to the sauce pot by stirring. Cook for 1 more minute and let cool. When cool, put in a bottle or jar. Keep refrigerated. Bon Appetit!

Türkiye'de pirinç yufkası bulmak zor cidden. Bulsan da anlamsız derecede pahalı. Ben de böyle bir çözüm arıyordum. Baklava yufkası çabuk kırılır diye korkuyordum, sizin yöntemi deneyeceğim.
