I haven’t been able to get a clear answer to this question I have. I was rushed out(admin sep) without an advocate or proper counseling, but I want to go back for Med retirement for due to bad back, TBI, Depression and PTSD but I can’t find a clear guidance

I got an OTH for smoking Marijuana I should be able to have an upgrade after everything I went through in the navy it's not fair
