I was involuntarily separated from the Air force 20 years ago after reporting being bullied and harassed which caused me severe anxiety and ptsd. It was an honorable discharge that was labeled as a personality disorder and they have denied me and I feel helpless and violated. I don't know what else I can do
Keep talking to VA doctors files claims and go to all your appointments. I know exactly what you’re dealing with have similar problems but still can’t get disability for mental health.

Got a couple of questions, #1 I just had my OTH discharge under a Chp 10 upgraded to General with honorable conditions. My question is can I go back and received benefits for the time served ? #2 My case went before the Military Upgrade Board and after my records were reviewed the board itself said and I quote, "There was a miscarriage of Justice" Now my question is if the review board saw that I was screwed over, Can I now go back and received the benefits I was screwed out of. #3 By my initial charges being proven there was a miscarriage of justice and, GET THIS, THEY DISCHARGED ME UNDER THE WRONG NAME ON A LEGAL DOCUMENT, so officially by the law I was never really legally discharged !!! Do I have legal grounds for back pay of 37 yrs ?

Now you may be able to get medical for an injury from service if filed within one year etc. And can prove it's military. You can review if the army followed their rules for that discharge by reviewing ar 635-200 requirements. Also do you have witnesses etc. About any hazings abuse harassment. Yes, although if you did less than 3 years plus training you get less than 100%. How much depends on how long you served before reenlisting. I got 90% because I reenlisted 15 days before my full time
