What height are the hurdles?
I want to say these are 6 inch, they also come in 9, and 12. I'd Google "mini-hurdles" and find whatever is cheapest, it doesn't take much here to challenge your foot work - could literally be hockey sticks laid down.
How many times a week should I do this and would I see results by April (tryouts are in April)
2-3 times per week! With 3 strength workouts.
