Spectacular Cat, as always. It feels so good. 3 Months ago with the starting of the Pandemic, I was living a life in pain, with chronic lower back pain. I am only 29 and after trying countless doctors and treatments I was getting so frustrated. With the COVID crisis I joined your 30 days challenge, which I successfully did. Since then I haven't been that constant but I have been doing my yoga periodically. I can say that without being 100% healed, my life has improved tremendously and YOGA has become an integral part of it. Not enough words to say thank you. Fernando from Spaniard living in Vancouver!

I have been having a love hate relatioship with the yoga the last few weeks while training for my yoga teachers qualification. This flow has just made me love it again and feel so much more relaxed. I seem to carry all my tension in my hips (go figure) and I feel 100 times better now x
I love the hip and heart opening practices thank you so much! Pigeon with the arms up is practically impossible and so intense for me!! Any suggestions? More of it?

Hmmmm, intersting. My first video class with you. Have done other UA-cam yoga's and in real class too. Never done the active pigeon... loved it. I found the transition from the kneeling open angel position (I don't know the correct terminology) to the forward lunge a bit quick for my simple mind to compute. Good though.
I was so sore yesterday from my first run of the New Year that I bailed the day 1 of this 20 minutes in. I’m proud to say I made it all the way through today and am working through the last bits of soreness
thank you for such a great lower body stretch Ms. Cat. my lower body especially my hips are feeling so much better now. I do have to say the active pigeon pose was a difficult one. I just could not do it but I know if ill keep practicing I will get there. Mahalo again for this video and all the time and work you put in. Have a great day :)
I enjoyed this varied, energetic wake up flow. I didn't put the 'active' in active pigeon pose as it didn't feel a good way to balance my weight on my knee joint.

i always find that the volume of her voice is too loud n startling? almost as im being guided thrru the practice, usually will go along w them on mute lol but otherwise thank you for this flow!
