I run the Morimoto 2stroke LED headlights from Retrofit source in my 17 ST. Absolutely love them, nice even light distribution but SUPER bright.

Stark lights. They have great LEDs with great variety of colors. I put the blue chip in my headlights and they look great and are super bright and easy to install. You also have a 1 year warranty!

Totally get wanting cold fresh air being drawn from the front but wonder what happens if you get heavy rain and a car on opposite side of the road hits a big puddle of water-hydroloc ur motor?

What material did you use ??
@@knowledge791 printed it with PETG. It barely fit in my Ender 5 Pro, and actually had to rotate it to print it. Took 2 days although I’m pretty sure I could get it to print faster now. Plus, the new cura slicer with the tree supports would have helped it come out a bit cleaner. Still, it came out quite nice.

The nineo led headlights are good for reflector style headlight housings and their budget too.
Diode dynamics sl1 led bulbs for the headlights. I love mine!
I bought yellow laminx film first, but before installing bought the sl1 whites and decided to let the laminx rot. Love em.
Hi mate it looks like you still have the shutters on your st will it fit with them still on as I’ve been told the bumper and shutters have to come off
The bulbs I’m running on my st are beamtechs off Amazon. Great bulb for the price. Definitely recommend.

You could do an ST3 headlight swap for the HID’s which swivel too. Would be more money but less hassle.
What if you do like some ST do where they drill out the not real vents on bottom half of grille. The full grille would be vented

I recommend most plus led bulds on amazon they say they wont fit but they do fit all plug and play
love mine. i chose white also. only prob is that the color starts to turn after a while. its more off white now. bug guts can be an issue too. best thing i've found is to just use and old tooth brush to clean it when you wash your car. still love my velossa. have seen them on a "few" other st's in and around chattanooga but only a few. with how it sets the front in off i would've thought alot more people would slap them on... oh, well. really enjoy the vids!

For the hard to reach plastic clip on the bell mouth, I had great success with a paint can opener.

For LEDs light bulbs go with Lasfit or Sylvania they are bright at and they last longer...

Aux beam s2 bulbs are the best and they are only 23 bucks! With a lifetime warranty ! I have bulbs for headlights and for dogs and they are amazing how insanely bright they are!

Wish I didn't have to buy in this current vehicle market, but just bought a Magnetic Metallic 2015 with 57k, ST1, for 22,090. Was a little disappointed when I saw what Cameron sold the finished ST for (under 20k). I don't really know how to do much with cars, but I wanted something fun to drive. Got a buddy at work willing to help me out with some things I wanna do. I am trying to decide what accent color I want to use with the magnetic metallic. I think red is nice and matches the ST badges, but I saw the gray RS with a blue accent and that looks pretty good too. Even considered white. If anyone has any recommendations for some modifications I should do on a stock 2015 then please let me know, even though this is an older vid lol. The only thing I 100% know I am going to do as of right now is the Tesla style head unit, I think that looks dope, but I will have to get an aftermarket rear camera too so it works with it. Also really liking the spoiler lift he did.

you can run cobb stage 1 ots map its not a custom tune but its better than stock

Hey Cameron I was reading on a bunch of ST forums about taking off the lid of the intake box, some people are saying it’s no big deal and some people are saying it’s super bad. I know you sold your ST, but do you have any input? I don’t want to harm my engine but I want the WHOOSH

Yes, it is perfectly fine to remove it

This shit was such a pain but the best thing I can recommend using to take out the clips is a dental floss stick! It may sound silly but from my own experience it works great. (P.S)I figured this shit out after I lost 3 tools in the engine bay 🤦🏻♂️

I would put the airbox cover back on to get the most out of the snorkel.

Surely without the top cover on the filter the pressurised intake flow won't work

Justin Angers right lol it’s just for looks. It doesn’t improve performance. You can find this part online 3D download and have it printed at a 3D print shop for less than 40 bucks.
I got mine of Etsy for $80.
Also it does improve performance, it drops iats by a good bit and allows you to run a more aggressive tune.
@@Yoogoy Clearly you are talking out of your arse and know nothing about 3D printing. A part as big as that requires A LOT of time to print, not to mention the chances of getting bad prints plus post processing. I run a 3d print shop and wouldn't print that for you, even for $70.
@@GCast-iv1pd I am printing one of these right now for my ST and it is a 33 hour print. If you already have your printer dialed in then basic parts like this are a breeze...

I hate removing that bumper with a passion! Never seen anymore go thru the grill before....might have to pick one up. My only concern is thinking water would travel up that snorkel and trench the filter. (I use touchless car washes very often.)

Hey Cameron, I’m unsure if this will be the same case for you, but be careful doing the intercooler and working around the front bumper. I had major body work done on mine and had to replace the entire bumper assembly.. I’m not body guy and don’t quote me on this but there’s apparently a bracket that holds on the intercooler that they’ve completely stopped making. I believe the body shop said I got number 62 out of 100. I don’t know if they were blowing smoke up my ass or not but the CPE cooler was apparently also much harder to put in and secure with the newly manufactured bracket. Didn’t drive my ST for 3 months I’d hate to see something like that happen to you.
Also I’m picked it up with front end damage ;) I’m a good driver I swear
Put some LED bulbs in there, specifically the halo ones that change color! It'll really make that thing pop
I feel like this is asking for water to get in your intake... This looks sick and I want to do it but idk is this safe
With the size of the opening you'd need a serious amount of water to get in the snorkel before you'd have to worry about anything bad happening. Even then if you run with the top of the air box off like our hero Mr. Alford here. There wouldn't be enough vacuum to pull any water into your intake runner. All in all it's safe. Is it worth the money or time? I doubt it. It might make your can sound nicer, but I seriously doubt there is much of performance gain from it at normal driving. Any increase would most likely come when pushing the stock turbo to the limit.
You should remove those active shutters
