You are the best, dear Beth! Thank you very much!
You're so welcome!
Great class
So glad you enjoyed the session.
My legs really needed that!
Wonderful!
Enjoyed session. Love that you breathe hard too!! lol. I’m not alone!!!
You are so not alone!
This was different than I expected. A good challenge for my body, and also quite fun!
So glad you enjoyed the workout!
Awesome
Glad you enjoyed it!
I appreciate your creativity and your energy : really inspiring. Thank you for all you do to help us to feel better !
You are so welcome.
Great class not a big fan of the bouncing found it too much for my knees and back just found bouncing on the spot better for me. Thank you Beth❤️
Glad you found an option that worked well. that's what it's all about.
Feel the burn, loved this
Wonderful!
Great class. I love mat Pilates!
It's so good!
Bouncing on hard floor was too much for my "old knee". OK for my new knee. In the future I will bounce on my cellercizer. What I felt most were my arms from yesterdays upper body class 😄 Thanks Beth
You're welcome!
I like the flow of the moves; it's always fun and challenging
So glad you enjoyed the sequence of exercises.
I loved it but was very strong. Thanks Beth!
You're welcome!
loved the class! the whole sequence was amazing.
So glad you enjoyed it.
Loved this workout!
Wonderful!
Great class and noticed how bad I am at hopping on one leg! 😂
The one leg hopping is challenging!
Grateful for the sweat? Second time this class loved it😅
So glad that you moved with the class more than 1 time, that is so valuable!
Wow, didn’t realize my lack of cardio exercise. Great class!
So glad you enjoyed it!
As a beginner I definitely felt movement in muscles I have forgotten about. Thank you it was painful and awesome at the same time for me at 100kgs
That is a wonderful description of Pilates... a good type of burn for sure!
I enjoyed this class and yes definitely broke a sweat 😅
I'm so glad and was sweating too. Filming this in summer with the air conditioning off was no joke!
WOW! I don't know exactly what cardio is but this one was great. My legs are the strongest of my body so I am joyous that I could keep up. The stretch at the end with bend forward of upper body was very special and I am sure I will feel my muscles tomorrow. ❤
Great job!
Great session! Three times bouncing especially one legged kicked it up! I enjoyed the mix of cardio, balance, and strength in my legs! Thank you 😅
the bounces really are a good way to mix it up and get the heart rate up!
Great session, I got a bit sweaty!! Don't have a favourite move but thought all of the exercises were put together so that the class goes fast and body works without realising it. Toughest so far for me as I don't usually do cardio
That's awesome to hear that you had a great session, even with the challenges!
It is not Pilates for sure
These exercises are all rooted either in the teachings Joseph Pilates shared at a retreat or when doing Pilates on the larger equipment. It doesn't get more authentically Pilates than that!
