    What a nice workout with a blanket. The most wobbly part for me was with both legs table top and reach opposite leg & arm away. :-)

      That one can get wobbly since we don't have as much support from the arms and feet.

    Thank you! This is a great series and exactly what I was looking for. I got a lot out of it! I really liked the exercises with the legs held and knees bent at the end.

    This was amazing, never thought the blanket would provide such a challenge. The lifting of leg and arm while back on blanket was the most challenging, I couldn't manage and had to put legs down a couple of times. Hopefully as I get stronger will be able to keep going without dropping legs.

    I loved it. I have been taking little break for harder exercise. I have trouble with my leg and back. This was easy but also effective. Great! More like this. 😊

    The blanket is an awesome wake up for my core,and brought an awareness to my weaknesses not felt on the mat

    Very wobbly. I don't have good balance at the best of times so I tried to focus on holding my core in.

    That definitely was a bit wobbly, but helpful to be in tune with stabilizing my core. I felt engaging in a different way. Loved the balance on the blanket with feet and arms up and down!! Enjoying evolution 😊

    This is genius. The most challenging for me was the bird dog series. Laying with the blanket lengthwise was very relaxing.

    Loved using the blanket for core stabilization. Used to use a roller but I am a bit out of practice. It was challenging on all fours but using a doughnut for my new knee helps. Thanks Beth

    Great class Beth I did much better using the blanket to balance on then I do on a foam roller The blanket helps with getting in touch with your core I liked the dead bug exercise at the end challenging but doable Thanks

    Wobbled a lot with spine on blanket when moving opposite leg and arm. I liked how the blanket support and stretched my body at the same time throughout the class. Thank you for sharing you knowledge! Enjoying your classes! 😊

      Wobbling does happen with that exercise in particular. I'm so glad to hear that you're enjoying the classes.

    That felt so good. A bit wobbly/uncomfortable when the blanket was lengthways and moving my feet away.

      If it's wobbly that's okay. If it's uncomfortable adjustments can be made.

    Another great class. Thanks.Beth. I didn't have a blanket I could use so did this on my roller. I did the intermediate foot position for arm and leg lifts together. I tried with my feet lifted but could only do that for one or two reps. Super wobbly.

      Yes, with a roller that double option would be very challenging.

      With some of the exercises yes, with others of them it may feel too high. You can give it a try and see how you like it.

    I have balance issues (often get vertigo) and this practice gave me a headache and made me nauseous

      Absolutely, vertigo can be tricky and can vary with different body positions. It's important to listen to your body and adapt your workouts accordingly.

    I am thankful I stumbled upon Trifecta Pilates. I appreciate the classes and the instructor very much. The blanket was a bonus and very helpful for posture and balance even though I was a bit shaky, I could continue. Thank you for this practice It encourages me to show up for myself! Appreciated👌
