Thanks for this! Standing pilates feels most energizing to me and I really liked this as a morning workout. I did it after day four of your challenge, the arm routine, and it felt just right.
I really enjoyed this balance challenge. It was a nice step up from the older standing classes on your channel but not too advanced as to cause discouragement for those of us struggling with balance issues.
I really enjoyed this class as it reminded me of the footwork I used to do on the reformer back in the days I was practicing at a studio. it's great to know this type of work can be done at home, too. i will definitely come back again to this as i very much enjoy standing work outs. thank you so much Beth for your great work!

I have been doing some Yoga style balance work past few days and i was doing the exercises standing on a thick Pilates mat, which made it frustrating at times. Did this class standing on a tiled floor and felt the difference. It was Challenging and Fun at the same time! And targeting Balance, Stability and Strength, all in one 👍🏼 Thanks Beth!

I loved this routine. Doing standing exercises is so important for me since I sit quite a lot during work. Sometimes I dont feel like doing mat pilates then. Thanks a lot for this video♡♡
Where can I find more information about this particular series? I used to attend a Pilates mat class that always started with a standing series like this, and it seemed so specific I assumed it was part of the original Pilates sequence, but I haven’t been able to find info about it online!
The Classic 34 exercises are pretty much all done down on the mat. I don't have a specific resource for this standing series. It's what I created for this particular class. We are moving with more standing classes, or have sections of longer length classes standing within the Membership. You can find out more info about that here. trifectapilates.com/membership/
