I did the formula only 3 months away from turning 14 years old. I am 5 foot 9 inches and I weigh 147 pounds. My dad is 6 foot 1 and my mum is about 5 foot 1. I got 6 foot 1 from the Khamis Roche test. I added 3 inches since I go to the gym and play basketball. I get 8-9 hours of sleep daily, so I added another inch. I have good nutrition so I added 1 extra inch. And I am currently homeschooled so I do under 7 hours of schoolwork and homework per day so I added another inch. My final score was 6 foot 7 inches, but i don't think this is accurate. I have done other online tests and most of them tell me I will be in the 6 foot 3 - 4 inch range. Can someone help me accurately predict my height with the Khamis Roche test and other factors like the one in the video and other things such as hand span and foot size?
I’m almost 13 now but I’m still only 4ft 7.5in. I used the height calc with current stats and it predicted that my adult height will be around 5ft 6in but I still have to take away 1in (from your formula). That leaves me with only 5ft 5in, far from the 6ft height I want. Hopefully I get a massive growth spurt as that’s like the only way I can prove the height calc wrong.
so with your formula I am projected 184.25 cm. The calc says also 173 cm but then I added your factors such as sleep and exercise and ended up at 184.25 cm. I am a fellow asian and I hope I can grow to at least 178 cm .
