This is totally random but: Once, I was at a party on my period. I felt a little wet so I went to the bathroom to see if I was leaking. I had a tampon on me, so I took it to the restroom. As I was putting it in, I dropped it and I started panicking. My crush was walking outside the restroom and heard me. He knocked and came in, asking me what was wrong. He took one look at me and said "OMG" and quickly left. I thought he'd abandoned me, but 3 minutes later, he comes in with my girl best friend. Then my friend left to the store to get some tampons, while my crush sat with me. IN THE RESTROOM. I told him I liked him that day and he liked me back 💕 Now we're married.
my whole class had a PE physical assessment. my friend was on her period and couldnt do most of the stuff, she was kinda stressing so i told our male teacher *"sir its not that we cant do, its just that, we CaNt do it."* he went *"oh oh😂"* and walked away lmaooo
Help just yesterday i told the pe teacher i was on my "period" bc i physically couldnt do it anymore- and he said it wasnt an excuse and i dont get to take advantage of being a girl- and then proceeded to make the girls stay for 10 minutes after class only to lecture us about how periods are not an excuse and he doesnt give a f if someone is on theirs..i died

My friends and I have a code and we say “ Patricia is here” and there is this one kid that is always like “ who is Patricia, there is no Patricia in this class” and we love to troll him😂😂
Here are some of my tips: If your scared of leaking on a chair put something you don’t mind getting dirty under you. Ask your parents, guardians, significant other, etc if they can give you some sort of surprise at the end of the day, that way you have something to look forward too! Chewing gum really helps with headaches. Last tip: always Carrie emergency supplies in your locker/backpack!

I am not I need help I did test on yt wait more like quizzes and I got 8 to 12 months Aaashhhhh oh wait that's not that bad That's what you think But its is I have never held or seen A pad or tampon besides yt When we talk about it (Every 6 months) It leads no were I am The child I bring it up And like nothing happens How do you put on a pad Aaaaaaahhhhh please any help I can get
But the thing is in school not every girl goes through it I still don’t think you should be embarrassed but it’s easier said then done some kids are kind of cruel and make fun of others for periods
For me things that help are(14 year old btw): - water: it helps lighten my flow and I love water so it’s so easy for me to just drink it and move on with my day. Carry a water bottle with you if you do go out! - fruits:, now I’m not sure if they really help but when you don’t feel like moving but your hungry, it’s just like a grab n go type thing - yoga: these help so much with my cramps, I just look up yoga positions for cramps and it works wonder for me, just take it slow - exercise: I take boxing practice. Monday & Wednesday’s for an hour. Saturday’s for 2 hours. It honestly helps make your period flow way lighter. Don’t exercise for a day and be done, it has to be consistent even if it’s a 5-10 min workout a day(doesn’t matter what workout) - don’t just sit there all day long, walk around! This is kind of like exercising but honestly it helps prevent those water falls 😂 cause when you sit/lay down for to long and then get up...yk the deal, so just get up to stand up or walk around - Shower/take a bath. I advise warm or hot water. It helps with cramps and keeps you clean - if your running low on money for pads honestly put a few layers of toilet paper on top and move along. So that when you bleed, it’ll only be on the toilet paper and your pad lasts longer. Nd honestly I got my period over quarantine so I’m not sure if this’ll work but: in the morning before school put some toilet paper on top so that when you go to the bathroom you can just take it off and keep moving without opening a loud pad(let me know if this works) - Don’t be embarrassed, see I recently started mines and it makes me feel so uncomfortable sometimes but honestly every girl has them and if a boy has something you shouldn’t even care because they wouldn’t last a day with our pain! Little cry babies😂
im actually 12 also i was 12 when i got it i was home on my bed in some tights and i felt something squishy like slime and checked my first idea was OMG im dying please send help lol

At school, me and my friends are in 5th grade and these are our code words for other people to use.... I got my period: I’m going to Camp MP (menstrual period) Can I have a pad/tampon: Can I have a red pen Can we talk: PEACOCK And we have a way that we can ask for help without talking: flip hair, put in ponytail, take a sip of water, head to the bathroom.
Our teacher made a meeting for all the girls and gave us a talk, she ask all the girls to bring 2 pads each to school and she would keep them in a bag! She told us that f we need a pad or need to use the bathroom on that time to say "It's time". When we said that the boys were so confused because they thought if was time for recess or other class.
thats such a good idea considering some of those girls might not have had supplies and now they will be able to ask for them without feeling embarrassed bc all the other girls would be doing the same thing when "its time"
My grandpa was grossed out when my mom got her periods when she was a kid and he doesn't like hearing anything related to periods and so my mom told me that whenever I get my period to keep it between me and my grandma lol
I got my period on the last day of 6th grade and I’m about to go to 7th I’m rlly nervous about having my period at school and how everything is going to work out and I’m rlly thankful that I can come to your UA-cam anytime and get more help. Here's some tips, don't keep it a secret! People are gonna know no matter what you do. Put pads in your classroom like in desk, go ahead and talk to your teacher about it, you need to let them know because it'll be easier, so you can go to the bathroom whenever.

I was bringing a packet of wet wipes with me to the bathroom and everyone was looking at me and I didn’t know why, then I realised that my wet wipe packet looked like a pad packet so I sent the rest of the walk back to class positioning the wet wipes so that people could see the logo on it...😅😅😅 The worst part is I haven’t even had my period yet

i’ve only stayed home from school because of period cramps once and it was so bad i was on the bathroom floor in front the toilet crying and the medicine i took didn’t work till over an hour later which it barely helped. but the next day my english teacher (who’s kinda strict) i didn’t think she was gonna be as understanding asked why i didn’t come and i whispered it to her and she was like “ohh ok well if you ever need anything there’s products in the cabinet” which kinda surprised me but i was glad she understood cuz i’ve encountered another female teacher that wasn’t as understanding about needing to get a product from my locker when i was in 8th grade so i basically had to tell the whole class i was on my period in order for her to let me go

my friends code word for i am on my period is i am going to a party and our code word for getting our first period is called the day of doom like for part two
what to put in period bag : 1 nightpad and 3 normal and tampons, small perfume (testers from stores work fine), pantyliner, (you can put a very little body wash if it's so bad you have to shower in the school gym you have something to wash you with), swimsuit bottoms are better if you have to change, extra pants/extra shirt (so you can say you fell into the mud or something)
School tip : if you are ass embarrassed as me that I don’t want other girls to hear me opening my pad , use a over night pad so that you don’t have to change it while in school ! ( only works for lower flow periods )
Idk. You really shouldn't do that as not changing your pad can lead to some nasty things, during the day you should at least change your pad every 4 ish hours.

I'm scared: Basically me and my mum get very severe stomach aches (not related to periods). Once I had a stomach ache so severe I was taken to A and E (accident and emergency). So if without my period I get severe stomach aches (I haven't gotten my period yet - these stomach aches are plainly from the cold) what will it be like when I do get my period? I guess this stuff runs in my genetics.

Thank you for all of these videos! My mom passed when I was about 9 years old and I started my period when I was 10 and I needed somebody to help me with all of these things! I kept looking that kind of stuff up and eventually I found your yt channel. Ever sense then I’ve been watching ur vids and it helped me so so sooo much.
I was bringing a packet of wet wipes with me to the bathroom and everyone was looking at me and I didn’t know why, then I realised that my wet wipe packet looked like a pad packet so I sent the rest of the walk back to class positioning the wet wipes so that people could see the logo on it...😅😅😅

i’ve only stayed home from school because of period cramps once and it was so bad i was on the bathroom floor in front the toilet crying and the medicine i took didn’t work till over an hour later which it barely helped. but the next day my english teacher (who’s kinda strict) i didn’t think she was gonna be as understanding asked why i didn’t come and i whispered it to her and she was like “ohh ok well if you ever need anything there’s products in the cabinet” which kinda surprised me but i was glad she understood cuz i’ve encountered another female teacher that wasn’t as understanding about needing to get a product from my locker when i was in 8th grade so i basically had to tell the whole class i was on my period in order for her to let me go

what to put in period bag : 1 nightpad and 3 normal and tampons, small perfume (testers from stores work fine), pantyliner, (you can put a very little body wash if it's so bad you have to shower in the school gym you have something to wash you with), swimsuit bottoms are better if you have to change, extra pants/extra shirt (so you can say you fell into the mud or something)

School tip : if you are ass embarrassed as me that I don’t want other girls to hear me opening my pad , use a over night pad so that you don’t have to change it while in school ! ( only works for lower flow periods )
Idk. You really shouldn't do that as not changing your pad can lead to some nasty things, during the day you should at least change your pad every 4 ish hours.
What if I try putting two pads in my underwear or even three I keep thinking about it but I have never done it
