Hey Sharon! Could you do a video about how to tell if your period is too heavy? So many people go about their daily lives thinking it’s normal and everything is fine when something might be wrong, because nobody talks about what is healthy. It would be awesome if you could bring awareness to this topic!

From what I read of your have to change your tampon or pad more often than 2 hours. If they leak if you don’t change it soon enough all day long.
@@ashleychurchill9779 since i just got into high school and its COVID I have 2 bathroom breaks throughout the day, and my teachers are very strict, ill try that tip at home, by chance does ANYONE know anything about abnormally long periods? Because mine tend to last like 9-12 days and they are heavy the entire time, plus I get no breaks from cramps... From what I've heard the is not normal but if anyone has anymore info then pls 🙏

Defiantly throw it away, I always knew you should never flush them. It took me a few years to learn how to use one mainly because I kept getting frustrated that I wasn't getting it and took big breaks for trying again.
