half a cup of oats contains almost 150 calories, plus you added veggies and a tbsp of oil. How can this meal be of only 120 calories when oats alone are 150 calories. Could you please justify ma'm?

Ma'am who will do house work with these many calories, especially fr mothers. I'm alrdy 55 kgs , 5,'2 height. Plz suggest how many calories I can intake , being diet conscious I'm alrdy trying to maintain with healthy food.

you're active during the day with house work and taking care of your family, and you're around the right weight for your height
so you should eat 3-4 times the amounts mentioned in this video, depending on how hungry you get, how much exercise you might be doing etc
600 kcal a day is extremely extremely low, normal calorie intake for women could be anywhere between 1500- 2500 kcal a day
@@gunjantiwarigaur3233 even if you're trying to lose weight, you should eat atleast 1200-1500 kcal a day so atleast 2 times what's mentioned in the video, and add more physical activity that's enjoyable for you like walking, playing sports, going to the gym or dancing
don't restrict your food too much, you'll be doing more harm to your body that way
