    half a cup of oats contains almost 150 calories, plus you added veggies and a tbsp of oil. How can this meal be of only 120 calories when oats alone are 150 calories. Could you please justify ma'm?

    I consume ashwagandha with normal water n apple cider vinegar with warm water in the morning . Shall I add this to your diet plan ? And instead of soya chunks can I replace chapati? And in the afternoon i don't eat anything.

    I started ur diet today only with night drink ....I watched all other video as well ...so instead of soya can I have oats egg biryani n then soya cutlet for night...kind of mix up ....will that help or i need to follow what u have given here...

      actually chickpea flour would be even better because you'll be consuming more protein that way
      you can also try mixing oat and chickpeas flour for a good combination of protein, carbohydrates and fibre

      you're active during the day with house work and taking care of your family, and you're around the right weight for your height
      so you should eat 3-4 times the amounts mentioned in this video, depending on how hungry you get, how much exercise you might be doing etc
      600 kcal a day is extremely extremely low, normal calorie intake for women could be anywhere between 1500- 2500 kcal a day

      @@gunjantiwarigaur3233 even if you're trying to lose weight, you should eat atleast 1200-1500 kcal a day so atleast 2 times what's mentioned in the video, and add more physical activity that's enjoyable for you like walking, playing sports, going to the gym or dancing
      don't restrict your food too much, you'll be doing more harm to your body that way
