I LOVED your reaction to the cayenne pepper lady. I'm right there with you it makes my blood boil to no end to see people spread their stupidity like wildfire.
Exactly! And another thing that pisses me off is that there's no balance in these kinds of opinion Like, if you have a mild migraine and apply peppermint oil, since it's a really pungent herb, that will stimulate blood flow and help a little Does it make it a blood thinner that can save you from life-threatening conditions? Absolutely not, take your meds Like arnica gel for sore muscles, it's natural and it works but if you're experiencing calcification then you're gonna need much more than that😭 I wish there were more balance simply to avoid becoming collectively immune to most antibiotics and such, my mother's a nurse and she raised me like that Edit: Mike is also suggesting natural things at 6:01 so that makes me feel happier about my comment XD
What makes it even worse, is that some people might genuinely believe that "information" and people could die a very preventable death because of it. It makes me sick, these people don't even think about what kind of harm they're causing.
Ironically, my mom is of her heart meds because of cayenne pepper and other natural herbs. What do you think people used before big pharma started telling people breast milk is bad and formula is good?
I feel like this level of upset and frustration is how we all should be reacting to the ever-crazier onslaught of misinformation (or the intentional disinformation)!
That first segment reminded me of something I was told once, when I was feeling disheartened by the low success rate of CPR outside of the hospital. You don't give CPR to a living person, you give CPR to a corpse. 10% success rate starts to look pretty good when you're talking about straight-up mugging the Grim Reaper to steal back someone's soul.
Exactly. There is literally no better time to do something that might not work. 10% is pretty damn good when you're dragging someone's ass back to the world of the living.
"Mugging the Grim Reaper". I love seeing it like that. It feels even more acceptable if you can't save them. You were fighting death. Losing isn't your fault. That battle was already hard enough.
I could actually cry for poor Dr Mike…. I can’t IMAGINE the frustration when people are talking bollocks about your speciality and that speciality is SAVING LIVES!
Mike seems like such a friendly, positive guy. Seeing him have a mental breakdown on camera over these tik toks makes me feel better about my bitter self
Its called acting to get to 10 million subs by being over dramatic and stamping doctor on his forehead so people wont just look at him like a clown. I guess this is the personality society wants these days. Its hard to watch.
That sauna guy had me laughing so hard. "Your risk of dying of all things goes down". Imagine being hit by a car but then you remember that you went to the sauna so you just stand up and keep walking.
8:05 🤯 OMG, you just diagnosed me without even trying to. I've had those sudden sharp pains pop up under my left ribs since I can remember, causing me to be unable to take a deep breath for a few minutes. I'd brought it up to my former doctor a few times, and she LITERALLY told me to just LOVE MYSELF. I was like... wtf? (Got nothing against docs, but I've had problems with her before. Switched to a new doc and everything’s going great now). But what you described (Precordial Catch Syndrome) matched exactly. Thank you!!
@Anthony Cardenas doesn't need to be banned, there just needs to be more protection against actual misinformation. There's a lot of great information on tiktok and videos like these plague the minds of others who don't know the difference.
@Maria CANCER Keep trying! The effort is real and worth it! Hoping your cysts have a good prognosis, and hope that your health in general gets better every day! The survivors are the heroines!
Glad that you mentioned the hypoglycemic possibility. I had a scare when i was 14 or 15 where my parents rushed me to the hospital because they thought I was having a stroke. The hospital, oddly enough, ever checked my blood sugar. It took four people, thirty minutes, and six poke for two IVs, and the never checked my blood sugar. When I was discharged, they said it was a migraine and dehydration. The real issue? My blood sugar was way too low. My dad's side of the family has a history of hypoglycemia and I have Tourette Syndrome (people with TS tend to also have issues with low blood sugar).
As a registered nurse, I identify with Dr. Mike's meltdowns!! 🤣🤣🤣 I cannot even describe how many times I've seen some crazy "home remedies" on social media and ranted about how ridiculous & dangerous some of them are!!
I got rid of someone's cancer with a tomato I was like You got a tomato ok take a bite i mean they passed out but woke up and boom cancer gone I might have found the next cure to cancer O-O
I love that you get so passionate about correcting the misinformation out there. Apparently Tik tok has taken over from google as the number one source that people go to for medical advice. As a Dietician in training, I am amazed at how much misinformation I find out there. Thank you for using your platform to educate everyone. Thank you Dr Mike
Look to your textbooks for misinformation, there's lots; and lots of info missing. Try "Dr. Wright's book of healing with nutrition" after school for real clinically useful info.
Lol they did try Tylenol chicken, Tik toks were already bringing people to harm, and I could say a few more. Tide pods, excessive and dry scooping pre workout
as a figure skater, those spinning things are so much fun but very difficult to stay centered on. as someone with low iron anemia, it’s even more dizzying but worth it. definitely try if you have the opportunity, you don’t have to go that fast, the tighter you pull in the faster you go.
I love how passionate you are about this. I also felt the rage when people, especially someone who has doctor as title, spread wrong information or unproven scientific advice.
@@carment.duplessis9125 You should REALLY try the cayenne pepper though... just a little sprinkle of it on that Aspirin will really kick it up! Won't do anything medically...but Aspirin is pretty bland!
And then Santa Claus came and gave her some milk and cookies and the little mermaid was not black just some underwater tan and they lived happily ever dead on the seashore with a couple of kids punching their bodies and the end.
Doctor Mike is the only reason I'm pursuing medical school at the moment. I used to hate when my parents said that I should get into it because of the money and blah blah blah, BUT DOCTOR MIKE made me realize there's much more to it and I love it so yeah! Thank you doc
OMG you are the FIRST doctor that I have ever heard say out loud "allergic to cayenne pepper" which I happen to be and everyone acts like that's not a "real" allergy. Thank you for acknowledging that it's real.
There isn't a substance in the universe that is impossible for a person to be allergic to. So being allergic to cayenne pepper isn't strange at all in my opinion.
People can be allergic to the sun. And water. And salt. All of which are VITAL TO LIFE. Seem weird to target Cayenne Pepper, haha. People be...yeah..oof. 😅
...not a real allergy??? How stupid are people? It is possible to be allergic to your own sweat. What makes them think cayenne pepper isn't a legit allergy!?
People don’t believe you? Wow thats annoying. I used to be allergic to peppers (including cayenne) so I can back you on this. It’s a very real allergy!
I had the same reaction when that lady said “she was half conscious” after saying the person had no pulse. That is so bs. Just trying to sell the cayenne pepper story🤣. I was screaming too, Mike😂😂😂😂 Also, never put something in someone’s mouth when they’re either unconscious or seizing.
A lot off people don't know the proper way to take a pulse. (I had to do this regulary in gym class and sometimes it would be real strugle to find a pulse especially if you had to do it for another person.) So likely the guy was failing to find a pulse that was indeed still there. The lady just took the whole experience as her and the pepper being miracle workers.
This is why I always say that vitamins and vegetables are a scam. (That's some good-natured sarcasm, for those not trained to recognize it. Sometimes the side effects of a healthy thing are so consistently positive or neutral that no laws require it to be regulated or plastered with warnings...and that's okay!)
Specifically responding to the left side under breast pain - I grew up in a hispanic household and my mom always told me that was caused by some trapped gas (basically I needed to burp or fart) - long story short I had pain similar to that for about 4 days and couldn't take a deep breath because of the pain. Urgent care said it was a muscle related issue and gave me muscle relaxers. A couple of hours later the pain was so intense that I went to the emergency room because I knew something else was wrong. After a contrast they found I had a pulmonary embolism (blood clot in my lung) and deduced that it was caused by the hormones in my birth control. Moral of the story is, trust your gut and advocate for yourself.
@@vanillasaiki5050 I started taking it at 16 (I'm 26 now) to regulate my cycle. A year before this happened I switched the the nuvaring instead. It was shocking to hear that this is "fairly common".
That last one, I had something similar. Suddenly, I started to loose proprioception, my speech,... Followed by a sever headache and vomiting... I was able to get to the nearby hospital emergency. They did all the tests and told me that it was just a migraine. *I don't drink, don't do drugs, eat healthy, train lightly. I do get migraines once every few months. But, not like that time! I thought I got a stroke, or something. Especially, that, at first, I have lost the sensation of my right side only... 🤷 I hope the girl had something similar and is ok now :)
I am a Cross country truck driver. I was 375lbs. And I did this revolutionary, doctor recommended, weight loss miracle. I've dropped down to 345lbs and I only had to do it THREE TIMES A WEEK. I got off my posterior and went for a walk!
This video is how I found out about PCS and I am SO RELIEVED! I spoke with my doctor and after asking me a few questions about my chest pain he is confident in saying that PCS is most likely the cause. If I feel other areas like neck or my arm being affected as well I need a check-up, though. Again, I am SO relieved! Thanks for mentioning this in your vid, I was worried but forgot to talk about it when visiting my doctor.
I swear I am the same! I was like wait what did he just say? Had to scroll back to listed to it again, and after some googling I finally found out what that damn pain is... after 36 long years 😂
cayene pepper has been proven to prevent heart related issues. Better for someone like me who is allergic to every blood thinner on the planet. You just don't give it to an unconcious person. But taking some daily can help prevent strokes/ heart attacks. My uncle was recommended to do this by his cardiologist as he's allergic to Aspirin.
12:28 oh my gosh. I had this for years! Mentioned it to numerous doctors but my concerns were shrugged off because I was "so young" and pitting edema "is only dangerous" in the ankles (my ankles were not swollen at all). 15 years later I finally got a diagnosis. Seriously guys, if you have this happening anywhere (not just ankles or shins but anywhere) go tell a doctor who can/will take it seriously. For me it meant long undiagnosed autoimmune disorders. Just seriously, this isn't normal. Don't let a doctor tell you it is.
I caught dysentery in South America once & totally see how people die from it. After 2 days I thought it was a definite possibility I could die. When I went to the hospital and they started me on a drip I could feel the life force coming back into me (despite still feeling like death). After a day the dehydration has a huge impact on you and there is nothing you can do to fix it bc when you drink it either triggers your body to throw it back up or you immediately run to the toilet because of diarrhea. You have about 10 seconds to get to a toilet when you feel diarrhea coming on. It’s that bad. Your guts gurgle like a waterfall and it’s so watery you can’t hold it in. Even thinking about it now is making me shudder. Edit: I caught c-diff from having to take antibiotics for a long stretch bc I was a carrier for strep. As bad as c-diff is I still had about a minute to make it to the toilet when I felt diarrhea coming on. The dysentery diarrhea was worse. The difference was dysentery weakens & your body fights it off (hopefully before dehydration kills you) while c-diff only gets worse and will kill you. I had to take 2 courses of phlagyl twice and it came back within a day then took vancomycin which thankfully cured it bc this was before they had the fecal transplant treatment. If it hadn’t worked I would’ve been in big trouble and probably died.
But you could have tried coconut oil. I hear it cures everything with no side effects 😂 Seriously though, I'm glad you got better. That sounds like a terrible experience
It sounds like you have had some rough luck medically, but I'm glad you're okay. I've needed an iv for stomach stuff before and I totally get what you mean about the life force returning.
A doctor in the 1970's published a formula that is about 90% successful at rehydration w/o an IV in cholera. Look-up WHO Rehydration Salts which are added to clean water. He eventually won the Nobel Prize.
I know I'm extremely late, but I've gone bungee jumping twice (once with a harness around my torso and one with the cord wrapped around my ankles) and both of those times when i reached the bottom, there wasn't any sort of jolt. It was always so smooth how it lifted me back up, almost as if you're on a very big swing but you don't actually have to do anything. It's terrifying when you're standing at the edge of a bridge and for the first few seconds of falling, but after you see your whole life flash before your eyes and make peace with death (the first time you go bungee jumping) it's actually really nice and pleasant, especially if you have a good view. Would definitely recommend

That mental break down during the spice woman lecture was amazing.. Also, 10:13 "fun fact": there is a bio-chemical weapon that makes you poop to death. I learned about that in the warfare lessons during my military services.
Just from a physics standpoint, the idea behind bungee jumping is that the cable is elastic enough that you don't get substantially jerked. You're in freefall when the rope is slack, but when you reach the end of the rope, much like a rubber band, it stretches - a LOT - and you get gradually slowed down (or at least, significantly more gradually than gravitational acceleration). If there's equipment failure of course the outcome is rather different, but that's pretty rare and mostly avoidable with proper maintenance. I, for one, would love to go bungee jumping at some point.
Eating an orange in the shower would be nice because you can get your hands sticky and instantly un-sticky them, therefore you can eat the orange as messily as you want.
That point about false extrapolation of statistics is SO important. That error isn't just made intentionally by hucksters, but unintentionally ALL the time by well-meaning media outlets.
Sometimes I check in on how Mike's channel is doing. Seeing hilarious videos like this brings me great joy. Gives me confidence that people are actually interested in medical education
Hey Dr. Mike....I am a 13 year old aspiring doctor...I really get to learn a lot from ur videos..it inspires and interests me even more to persue a career in medicine..Love ur videos and they r entertaining as well💕💕✨✨

Ask questions, look for resources, shadow anything you might be even remotely interested in, and know that you can do anything you put your mind to no matter how impossible it may seem in a moment. And just remember to still keep your mental peace and do some fun things once in a while. I like Dr. Mike's medical takes and I think his nutritional takes should be more informative like how there are good transfats and bad transfats. Good transfats are full of healthy cholesterol, buterate, fat soluble vitamins D, A, K, E, and other beneficial compounds. Comparing coconut oil, MCTs, grass fed red meat fat, butters, and milk fats to corn fed animal transfats, especially chicken and pork, is like comparing the health benefits of the carbs or sugars in common sugar vs carrots.
what I didn't understand about that, is that the man said "there's ketones in coconut oil". But you can find ketones in the blood of someone with diabetes, so that point was crappy
I have generalised idiopathic epilepsy and M.E and have episodes like the last girl. I’m not sure what causes it but it’s like being in a dream, or a nightmare, and at the same time your body is slowly giving up too but you can’t ask for help. Now that I think about it, it’s kind of like waking from a nightmare into sleep paralysis.
I suffer from seizures and as soon as she said "I'm not feeling well" I could recognize that she was going to have a seizures based on her body language. I hope that she was able to sit down real fast!
I had a similar episode, five years ago. Trying to get a customer’s order in at register (Starbucks barista). Customer asks, “Hey, are you okay?” I guess all the color just left my face, but I did start wobbling. Manager catches me, and tells me to, “Sit down, do a check. I’m getting you juice.” And, yup… really low blood sugar. Probably should not have been awake at that point
@@cookingwithtabitha it wasn’t a seizure, she’s from the city I live in and she did in fact have a stroke, luckily she received timely medical attention and recovered.
I have a relative that has heart problems when he eats meat or corn, and when he accidentally eats some, cayenne pepper does keep his heart from going crazy.
I love how you debunk these so called doctors. I'm sure there are plenty of people who believe these people because they are medical professionals and giving the wrong advice is so dangerous.
thank you so much for fighting the endless misinformation. i’ve been diagnosed with celiacs a year ago and it’s easy to believe anyone who says that something will help dramatically. you might even do it, not believing it works, but on the off chance it’ll do something positive you’ll try it. especially when your doctors don’t help like you need which has been my case, you become even more desperate and vulnerable.
8:05 I GET THIS! I COULD NEVER FIND ANYONE WHO GOT THE SAME THING OR ANY THING FROM GOOGLE AND THE DOCTORS HAD NO IDEA It feels like I’m being impaled through my ribs sometimes whenever I take a full breath in but it’s only sometimes so the doctors can never catch it and study it
I applaud you for calling out these snake oil pseudo scientists and mystics. It is important for qualified experts to call BS for what it is and to educate people.
What irritates me is that natural remedies DO work, but these people take it too far so nothing they say is believable. There's gotta be a middle ground. Peppermint helps with headaches, thyme helps with muscle aches, eucalyptus helps with sinus congestion. Cayenne pepper will NOT save you from a heart attack.
@@nramrez Does the fact that one person is wrong invalidate the point of the original comment? These people are wrong and need to be held accountable, that's all they are saying.
Mikes darkside almost came out multiple times in this video. 😂😂😂 Starting here 2:14 What would the name be? Darkiplier, Antisepticeye, Killer, Cinnamon, and now “Dark Mike, Mike Dark, IDK”
The funny thing is that Dr. John Gray 10:50 that is speaking about using coconut oil extract for Alzheimer’s is a relationship counselor, not a doctor of medicine 😂😂 Keep posting the informative videos Doctor Mike!❤️🤩
The funny thing is MCT oil has actually been tested on alzheimer's patients and they got an instant improvement in cognitive function. So it does work and there are studies to back it up.
I mean same thing for Dr Oz. He's a cardiothoracic surgeon, not a psychologist, but constantly talks about mental health/illness as if he's trained in it. People hear "doctor" and just assume theyre all knowing--I seriously appreciate Dr Mike for speaking on what he knows and making it clear when its not an area he has knowledge on. Knowledge and empathy over his ego!
I _knew_ that name sounded familiar! I work in a bookstore and I see his stuff all the time and I was sitting here like, ".....I KNOW that name from somewhere..."
Watching him react to videos like this is always so reassuring because I get so angry at people who spread misinformation, especially medical misinformation, but I always feel like other people think I’m just being dramatic. Wow. Mike is legit intense at certain points in this video. You can tell he's legitimately angry, and not just mugging/overreacting for the camera. The most noticeable one is at around 4:40: 'you have to be careful what you do with...*pause, runs hand through non-existent beard, visibly collects himself* ...statistics!'
Concerning precordial catch syndrome, I used to get this ALL THE TIME! Even now nearing middle age I still get it at least a few times a year. I'd get about a third of a breath and get hit by a stabbing pain and be unable to breathe in further. For me I found the best way to deal with it was to force the issue and breath in hard. I'd hit the 1/3rd mark and then as I passed it I would feel this intense pain(9-9.5 out of 10) and then a pop or snap and suddenly the pain would be gone. It was that or shallow breath for hours. I used to have to do this every other week in my 20's and even monthly in my 30's.
I couldn’t do that, my go-to method has always been shallow breaths and trying to slowly but surely increase the depth. But being real careful and if the pain gets too strong I’d start over basically, how do you force yourself? My body wouldn’t even let me.. 😩
You actually helped me a lot in this video in a way I didn't expect. You diagnosed my precordial catch syndrome because I had been feeling it more often then not and was worried it was pleurisy. I had thought I got a infection
That was really informative! Turns out the chest pain I've been having for years most likely Precordial Catch Syndrome. Had an ECG done for it previously but nothing seemed off. It's a relief in many ways to finally find out what's been causing the pain 🙂
I've been plagued since I was a kid by a random sharp pain that lasts for only 3-4 seconds on my chest, becomes painful when breathing deep, and goes away after breathing much deeper, and never knew what it is. I even had it checked by several doctors. Suddenly I came across this video and I now finally know its name, "Precordial catch syndrome". Thank you so much Dr. Mike!
Dr. Mike is just so entertaining and educational. I'm laughing and learning so much. Today is the first day I ever heard of precordial catch syndrome talked about. I suffered from it for all of my childhood and my doctors shamed me by saying I was faking it to get off school since all my tests were normal. Obviously all my tests would be normal. The problem was with my pleura. Anyway, I only learned about it while prepping for my USMLE exams and I was so shocked and heartbroken at the same time. Dr. Mike is really an amazing person and the best doctor. He is smart, intelligent and charming too. I would trust him with everything.
I loved Dr.Mike calling bs on these, glaringly, erroneous claims by those without any expertise in the medical field. And, he’s so cute when he gets angry! It’s adorable! ❤
Hey Dr Mike! At 8:38, that exercise is usually referred to as “Prone frog pumps” or “frog reverse hyper”, essentially a variation of hip hyper-extension with minimal hamstring activation due to the knees being bent. Dr Bret Contreras (PhD in biomechanics specialising in gluteal anatomy I believe) is a firm promoter of these types of exercises, I’d strongly recommend checking him out!
I once looked up the ingredients of my favourite flavoured water here in Italy. It's a lemon flavoured water just like a standard lemonade. And one of the ingredients was asorbic acid. Dumb me thought it was some kind of preservatives or weird chemical. And when I looked it up it came up with vitamin C. Which made me laugh uncontrollably at my stupidity. Sometimes things sound worse than they are.
"Dumb" you was also right! In addition to being Vitamin C, it's also used a food preservative! Though citric acid, also natural, is usually used more since it does the same thing, is generally cheaper to produce/extract, and has a more tart/sour taste - what you want for lemon water!
I am always glad that when i check such videos like these that it seems that i am always on the right way and not decieved. Always follow the evidence, and do chest compressions!
I'm in a very irritable and angry mood today (yes my period just started), everything I watch is making me irrationally frustrated, but tbh Mike's intense yelling and slamming the table is making me feel calm and content again lmfao. Thanks for the mood stabilizer, indirect anger release.

Im really interested to see Dr Mike’s take on traditional Chinese medicine. I know it’s not very widely accepted in western countries but many people in Asia swear by it
I played professional softball with the Chinese national team and I can confirm that much of eastern medicine is not evidence based. The girls had their own doctors brought over and it would shock you at the misinformation. For example, the women (some of whom had children) had no idea what their menstrual cycle was. They were convinced that if they practiced while on their period they would bleed out and die. They also thought you couldn’t drink milk while on your period or you would bleed out. They were terrified to practice. And there were many many more things like this.
@@devinlowe7989 Like the West is any better. And eastern medicine does have many good things that are less invasive or expensive than western medicine and work just as well or even better. For example, sinus rinses.
@@moonleigh3469 You have the right to pursue eastern medicine if you want to, but you have to understand that luxury doesn’t always go both ways. I cared about those Chinese women, they were my friends. And they had absolutely ZERO access to medical knowledge or care that would have allowed them to make educated decisions about their own bodies. The western medical system may have issues, but be grateful that you at least have access to videos like Dr. Mikes and the right to choose what type of procedures you do and don’t want. Those poor women had what amounted to a bunch of wives tales to try to live their lives by.

The sauna one reminded me of a neighbor we have, her husband used a hot tub for multiple hours every day for several weeks. However, all of the steam for such a long period completely burned his throat and lungs (I believe, I'm not 100% sure) but this caused him to go into a coma and almost didn't make it, it took months of rehabilitation and he still isn't the same. Crazy what people try to say works and doesn't work!

None of them went completely through but there was one that, if it hadn't gotten caught by the back door hinge, it would've gone through the driver's side headrest. The person who actually committed the hit and run, to my knowledge, was never actually caught even though the suspected car (we found out it was the actual car that did it) was reported several times. But they did try to arrest my ex on a hit and run even though he wasn't even on the same portion of the road it was committed on. He was going the complete opposite direction.

2:30 - I think it's safe to say that if a "treatment" has zero side-effects it probably doesn't have any effects at all, period.
Sauna guy has a solution for dysentery 😂
Seriously, though, so glad you're okay 🙏🏼
But you could have tried coconut oil. I hear it cures everything with no side effects 😂 Seriously though, I'm glad you got better. That sounds like a terrible experience
It sounds like you have had some rough luck medically, but I'm glad you're okay. I've needed an iv for stomach stuff before and I totally get what you mean about the life force returning.
Should've poked your middle finger. Chinese medicine is the best. You could've felt the effects instantaneously.

I never knew there was a name for it until now! I’m glad I’m not dying haha
I couldn’t do that, my go-to method has always been shallow breaths and trying to slowly but surely increase the depth. But being real careful and if the pain gets too strong I’d start over basically, how do you force yourself? My body wouldn’t even let me.. 😩
Im in my early 30s and get it occasionally, maybe once every couple of months or something? So glad to know what it is now
You actually helped me a lot in this video in a way I didn't expect.
Mike!
Mike is not only breaking the rib but he is also a truly talented human being and I really admire him.
1:05 Full bull-PEEWOOP
Hey Dr Mike! At 8:38, that exercise is usually referred to as “Prone frog pumps” or “frog reverse hyper”, essentially a variation of hip hyper-extension with minimal hamstring activation due to the knees being bent. Dr Bret Contreras (PhD in biomechanics specialising in gluteal anatomy I believe) is a firm promoter of these types of exercises, I’d strongly recommend checking him out!
Just love it that you are putting good info out there and teaching people what medical folks know. Very entertaining as well! Love it!
I remember my mum told me all e-numbers are bad. Turns out, baking soda is e-500, so what she said doesn't hold water!
May I suggest listening to Norway´s Eurovision Song while you surf the Red Sea? It's called 'She, Queen of the Kings.' It's a real hype-song for women, might help with the stress.
In 11:58 he said gallbladder because in some martial arts, like Kyusho Jitsu, they use the organs to name some strains of nerves on other parts of the body. By counting they named these vital points. For that reason there is as an example "Liver 9" around the knee.
The movement of the leg or arm during the TLoc can be a myoclonus, which weren't very unusual during a syncope.
So this hasn't to be acting.
I know the spreading of false information is dangerous but it’s always so entertaining to see Dr.Mike get frustrated by it 😂😂
@10:38 I would never go bunjee jumping. After seeing the video of that woman who was cleared to jump and then the crew realized they never hooked her up...after she jumped...yeah no. I don't have enough trust in people for that.
Me either😅
Was having a depressive morning, but Mike getting so worked up made my brain remember what emotions feel like. Thanks doc 👍
I hope your day got better.
A 1/2 teaspoon of ceyanne pepper a day keeps Doctor mike away 2:36.
"NUKE GOES BOOOOOM"🔥
Dr. Mike.exe has stopped working
💥
Bro was about to be lowtiergod, if you get what I mean
7:32 man, I literally put my hand on my head
me too… i think most people did 😂
9:45 placebo effect if you tell people that eating an orange in the shower will reduce stress, let them eat oranges in the shower- it might placeboically reduce stress
It’s doctor mike back on the mic
Yeah babeee😂
Yes yes yes
Finally an original funny comment without cringy emojis.

@@devinlowe7989 I'm from asia and a lot of misinformed women thinks that if you take a bath while you're on your period, you're gonna harm your body.
@@devinlowe7989 Like the West is any better. And eastern medicine does have many good things that are less invasive or expensive than western medicine and work just as well or even better. For example, sinus rinses.
@@moonleigh3469 everyone has their beliefs, but proven facts will always win
@@moonleigh3469 You have the right to pursue eastern medicine if you want to, but you have to understand that luxury doesn’t always go both ways. I cared about those Chinese women, they were my friends. And they had absolutely ZERO access to medical knowledge or care that would have allowed them to make educated decisions about their own bodies. The western medical system may have issues, but be grateful that you at least have access to videos like Dr. Mikes and the right to choose what type of procedures you do and don’t want. Those poor women had what amounted to a bunch of wives tales to try to live their lives by.
Yes, I do learn a lot from Dr. Mike, but the best is when he loses his mind over incorrect info. He had me in tears 😂😂
10:45 Actually, before you jump, they instruct you to put your hands around your head and hold tight right before the rope pulls back up. I guess that's one way to prevent some serious damage to your neck.
Hi Mike! I had biology in school last week and we watched a video of the blood system and breathing system and thanks to your UA-cam-channel I already knew the things in the film. I live in Sweden and some of the words might be wrong. Thank you Mike!😊
Mike yelling at the lady about the cayenne pepper KILLED ME 😂😂
I actually had to skip her
well if it killed you, someone must've put some Cayenne in your mouth, otherwise you wouldn't be able to write this comment
5:33 I love that the disclaimer isn't "consult your doctor" It's "consult your acupuncturist" lmao. Why not ask your grandma, or neighbor, or the first random person you find?
6:34 i literally love these dna tiktoks with the filters 😭
5:25 Getting slapped by him must be extra painful.
● Pressure = FORCE/AREA
• Pressure is inversely proportional to AREA
• So if same force is applied by someone with small hands it will hurt more than the one having big hand ✋️ 😶
@@rishabharya3329 Well, if the guy in the video slaps someone, the person might not feel much pain on the cheek, but they’ll most definitely feel a lot of pain in the other side of their body because of being slammed against the ground- 😃
I know him lol
9:09 If I took that advise, I'd die of starvation.
I can't pronounce sh*t
I mean, does it have to be correct pronunciation 😂
@@basantatamang2249 Good point 😂
I have had the oedema on my legs for 20+ years.
Been an athlete.
No heart issues. Finally got it diagnosed recently and it's varicose veins, just that all my veins run deep, so nothing obvious on the surface.
Laser and chemical treatment to sort the incompetent veins on each leg - they were 6mm with complete valvular incomptence.
All sorts.of stuff I didn't even realise was related is sorting - feet don't ache anymore, calfes don't hurt. Thought it was all normal.
Apparently way more common than people realise.
wow. when i was a kid, there was a period of time when i would randomly feel like my ribs were stabbing me and i couldn't take full breaths. no adults would believe me so it was never diagnosed, and it eventually stopped happening. it was definitely this precordial catch syndrome. so it's common and was a real thing. nice. kinda nice having that old mystery solved and validated. thanks.
9:21 yes yes, I'll be sure to avoid dihydrogen monoxide from now on
Di hydrogen
Bro how are you still alive😂
(Obviously it's a joke)
0:25 my ex husband was driving and was wrongfully accused of a hit and run. The "good Samaritan" pulled his gun on my ex and shot 3 times into the car.
I used to get severely sore throats during allergy season to the point that I would lose my voice very often. The two things I found that worked for me would be drinking a warm cup of tea and honey OR eating orange slices with baking soda on top.
