My creativity and free thinking has been the key to my success. Some people use theirs as an excuse to do nothing I'm using mine to build an empire. ADD is not a sickness it's a gift you are a free thinker they don't want free thinking that's why they dope you up. Most successful people have it. Never let them suppress you! You are truly special and are capable of whatever you set your mind to.

Very beautiful, wise perspective. I had addictions in the past which i have no more. I have changed lots of jobs each time work for about 3 months... Then I am out of there. As I saw no growth, left quick without wasting ant time and energy. The only job I am forever doing is researching. Hence I want to be a researcher in the University. Because it satisfies my brain and i am more inspiring to others through my teachings and sharings of my findings. I concur with the perspective. Without all those variety of jobs I wouldn't learn all those fields and ideas and now through research trying to connect all the dots. I think we should be truly honest to ourselves. We shouldn't deny our feelings. Never betray, deceive, corrup ourselves nor others.

ADD/ADHD =creative people, artists, explorers, entrepreneurs, associative thinkers, in former times: hunters and gatherers, adventurers, warriors.
AUTISM =inventors, scientists, deep thinkers, geniuses.
Neurotypical people =social people, the glue of society, but easily misled by their social conformity. In former times: sat around the fire, chatted, looked after the children.
As I observe it, every day-channeling is way easier when you have ADD/ADHD or autism. NTs are too much distracted by their social roles and daily functioning. Autists and ADHDers are the free thinkers, we need them for societal advancement.
It all makes sense, did you think millions of brains have been wrong-wired by accident? There are no sich large-scale mistakes in the universe. Trust in yourself and your talents!

I agree. I work in a similar manner, I thrived inwhich I multi-tasked. Adhd had made me creative, learn quickly and see solutions to problems that other dont see. I also receive so many downloads and guided messages during my day to day, so many brilliant ideas come to me.. I think what adhd people struggle with is not adhd itself but they way that society is currently structured is creating a resistance with adhd folk. If the social or economical structure worked to take multiple types of subhuman into consideration then many of us might not struggle the way we do.

Nice video. I have a theory that ADHD brain is just an inner compass to when we are making the right steps towards our soul purpose. Going with the flow usually leads me to answers. So for example if I get distracted during doing something I just allow myself to go through the flow with the distraction as it usually leads me to answers. 'There are no accidents' is the phrase that comes to mind!

Hey. What about if you’re working at your job and your brain wants to an entirely different task? Isn’t the sabotage? Like you could get fired?
I’m asking because this is my daily reality

Yes 💯 I’m psychic and I know my ADD and Autism play a huge role. Remember, these are just labels humans have made to describe something that doesn’t fit in their box and perception of normal. We are not from earth, we vibrate differently. Much love

Being unable to function properly due to ADHD is not a gift. We get desperate for help and then see people sell stuff to help only to realize later people take advantage or exploit our desperation. It sucks.

I was diagnosed with ADHD last year at the age of 54 (Along with asperger's syndrome) -- it's really helped me to understand myself, but I'm having a hard time resolving what you say with some of the difficulties I have -- i.e. struggles with self-care, tidying up, organising my desk, maintaining relationships, work and so on.
I wish it was all positives, but for me it certainly hasn't been.

YES IT TAKES ALL OF US TO FIND OUR OWN ROUTE TO LIVE MORE IN PEACE WITH ADD. MAYBE JUST TAKE ONE AREA AT A TIME TO IMPROVE UPON.......THAT COULD BOOST CONFIDENCE AS WELL....DE

I believe its because we try to fit in, but there are to many Daily rules and rutines in this world... but if the brain think more creative coloured, it is very intelligent ,that our brains get bored with all this crazy rules... creative -/ spiritual thinking minds thinking" out of the box" so of course we dont fit in with theese stupid Daily rutines that another "nomal" mind have suggest

And I am 52 also diagnosed for 7 years ago... and my life is a battle too, every Day... because of all theese rules... and not "fitting in" Even if I am more intelligent than all my neighbors 😅 maybe we are gifted with a higher intellect.. another intelligens

Take one of the self-care tips at a time… Don’t overwhelm yourself with trying to do everything at the same time that’s one of the challenges with ADD and ADHD. We have to really focus which of course isn’t easy to do with these conditions but when we sing out one area of self-carewhen we single that one area out and we feel successful doing so then we move onto the next area… One thing at a time… And things will slowly start to fall into place. We all need a lot of patience with these conditions. Thank you so much for reaching out… Love, David.

Perhaps it’s an evolutionary adjustment to keep up with the rising tide of complexity that is engulfing us all.
I don’t have it, but I do have plenty of other conditions that are undiagnosed, but felt.

I relate to evrything this video so much! It's just refreshing even know I have this & reason why I am the way I am! The internet has been such a blessing for connecting other like-minded people & sharing knowledge which helps countless amounts of ppl!👍✨Focusing on the positives including the lessons...is what gets me through life in the best way! I've learned from real life experience over 47yrs here...that simply by changing my perspective & how I react to things I get the most desirable outcome for that situation. TY for sharing friend! 🌞💚🌈

Any specific resources? I feel I need regular support. I have accomplished so much... WHEN I have had support. I get so many downloads... Tons of ideas, but I am alone in every way right now. Huge life shift cleared out everything and everyone. Overwhelm, a million unfinished projects I feel like a disappointment to "God"/Spirit/My Highest Self. I am capable of so much, been given so many gifts, recently psychic abilities... And I feel more lost than ever... Now underearner at a $16/he job. I get it that even that is a blessing, but I am ready to put all the suffering to good purpose, ya know?

I actually believed that all my life.
I was diagnosed as an adult. When I was younger I could “read” people I thought I just had some high intuition like my mom but it was my adhd cause we think broadly instead of linear … makes sense?

222nd like! Thank you David! Glad I found your video. Very informative and comforting, and the way you express and articulate flows thru my brain easily. Whereas (no shade) some other videos can be a bit monotone or narrated with a voiceover that I’m unable to even pay attention to because I either tune it out or just hear nothingness. Like those AI voice videos BRAAAHHH I cant!! Lmao it can’t just be me. But all jokes aside regardless if anyone reading this ever comes across one of those informational videos and it looks soooo good but u click it and 5 seconds in after an intro a fucking monotone robot starts speaking and ur brain just tunes it out like Donnie thornberry… just remember it’s about the information and personal experience being shared and presented not necessarily the presentation just read the transcript or sum LMAO
Lmao But to speak in higher terms I had a theory (currently 19) when I was 16 that ADD, ADHD, Schizophrenia, Asperger’s and such is a nervous system like over reaction from trying to condense a way higher dimensional being with what we would consider incomprehensible knowledge. All packed into this 3rd dimensional meat suit… first we are all multidimensional, but there’s MULTIPLE dimensions. These labels and terms are not correct, there’s nothing wrong with you. It’s to induce fear and make you question yourself, to take this gift away from you it’s disguised. And remember those who are gifted don’t get a gift they share their gift. Right as I typed that you said gift in the video 👹👹idk what I was even tryna say now LMAOOO idk how to explain it but basically not that anyone’s better but there’s higher knowledge that our soul has and it isn’t something we can grasp in the 3D so it efffexts the nervous system and to ease it we have to ground the knowledge. Example, U ever feel like you know too much about something and u wish u never did so u ignore it, that stays and ruminates. By grounding the information no and applying it here in 3D material world it helps. Simple example could be Like overstimulation, (i know it’ll sound easier said than done) ground Yourself sort your tabs out close out or minimize the windows that arent relevant, x out those popups and apply whatever you gained in that self awareness process

I wouldn’t tell someone to stop a medication if it’s helping them… We have several clients that have greatly reduced their medication for ADD or ADHD and they were able to function perfectly in society and they had deeper access to some of these “gifts”, that I never really thought was a gift until I explored in my own lifehow I could turn around the negative connotation that ADD or ADHD is extremely limiting but when you look at all of the artist and singers and musicians and I mean the list goes on and on that have had very deep ADD or ADHD and I’m not just gonna say it’s only for creative people, but these are the ones I’ve worked with the most who had ADD or ADHD that eventually found a way to make it a blessing… If you ever need to discuss this, no charge, just send a message to www.davidessel.com
