It’s the getting going for me. But once I get started in a physical project, I can’t stop and don’t want to or else once I stop/pause/take a break, it’s all over for me with my energy. Different types of tasks like putting away clutter, overwhelms me. And I can’t start anything until clutter gets put away. Procrastination is my biggest concern. I waste too much time feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Mental fatigue makes me feel sad. I have to have a lot of mental control to get things done. I’m not always able to control my thoughts and the mental tiredness. I zone out and watch tv or UA-cam videos while playing cellphone game. Pray for me, I want to overcome this terrible affliction. Too much shame to deal with forever.
Thanks I was searching for this all over the internet. I know Jesus can do this for me. I hate ADHD, My son has to medicate too and I know after deliverance it will be gone.
