I know this is meant more for the ladies. But I have found a tremendous help working my glutes and hip abductors for my work and free time sport hobbies. I'd say only one thing. You can separate a deadlift and goblet squat and then once you combine them towards the end it's killer! Also sumo squats!! Not the friendliest of you have bad knees though!

I know they are “trending” right now but no they are not. During my glute growing journey, I never did them. I just now started doing them to mix things up but no they aren’t essential for glute growth if you can’t do them. 😊

It depends on your goals! 12-15 reps (light weight) for muscular endurance 6-12 reps (heavier weight) for muscle growth 1-5 reps (super heavy weight) for strength/power

Possibly workout your arms/back/shoulders/core to give better support for your hips!
