  • Booty Focused at Home Glute Workout with Dumbbells Only
    Hello everyone!
    Here’s a great all rounder workout to target your glutes and hamstrings!
    I have slowed the pace and really focused on squeezing the glutes, pushing through the heels and aim for depth where I can...try and relax and embrace the burn! This is a perfect workout if you have access to only lighter weights than you might prefer.
    The workout is 45 seconds exercise, 15 seconds rest, repeating each exercise 3 times varying between full reps, pulse and 5 pulses per rep.
    High squat
    Low sumo squat
    Sumo squat deadlift
    Romanian deadlift
    Side to side lunge
    Glute bridge
    Take your time, focus on each move and enjoy!!

    Wow... the results are awesome. I never came across a workout that has shown instant results. Just after 2 days of workout I see my butt lifted and improved banana rolls. I was searching for a butt focused video since so long time and came across few but nothing has shown results for me and were extremely tough. This workout is my life saver. This is my 3rd day my ass turned out to be great as if I'm doing the workout for a month. The results may vary for others I have a lean body and my body fat is mostly in butt area. I'll continue doing it daily will post my results after a month 🤗.

    Hi, I have done this workout 2 times now. Love it. The best glutes exercise by far. I am 60 yrs old and trying to lift everything back into position 😅😁
    I will definitely try all the other exercises too 😊

    My name is Emma. I am new to your videos. They are fabulous. I am 61 and have ben working out with you for about 2months. All other workouts pale in comparison. I especially love this glute session. My husband and my daughter-in-law have noticed how much my body has changed without me even realizing myself. I actually have a bum now, and arms are stronger and sculpted. I do cardio at my gym. They do offer weight classes but they don’t work with my schedule. I looked to UA-cam and found you. My friends have commented on my figure. I actually look forward to my workout with you. Thank you! You probably won’t see me but I see you.

    OMG I miss you
    I used to do this workout during quarantine and it worked. I did it 2x a day for 6 days in a week. Everyone was talking about my body and how great it looked. I stopped and today I’m ready to start all over again!❤️

    I love the way you explain the workouts in the beginning of the video so the viewer is prepared and knows what to expect. The actual workout portion of your video is great. I am excited to use this workout on a consistent basis and hopefully I will not only see results, but gain strength.

    I was looking for a quick glute workout. Liked the format of this and repeating exercises in supersets with pulses. I replaced deadlifts with hip thrusts because I prefer those. Loved the workout, thanks!

    Done and dusted ... after a kickbox cardio ....I am all sweaty and feel the burn ....loved it. Now off to my 10-minutes abs and I am done :) Thank you, Caroline, for the amazing and great workouts ... and btw, great music.... Love doing those in the mornings :)

    Caroline, I did this work out 3 days ago and I can barely move now, I love it! My quads and hamstrings are very sore but not my glutes so much. Did I do something wrong? Thanks for sharing your videos!!

      I have the same problem sometimes. Maybe try glute activation workout before this one and see how that goes. Also consistency is key so I’m sure the more you work it out the more you will feel it

    Can anyone tell me why deadlifts don't feel like they're working my glutes but are killing my lower back?

      Same. I have a back problem due to disca problems and I feel like it does nothing to my glutes...but my back...oh that is painful 🙈

      You need to flatten your lower back and tighten your core. If it’s hurting your back, you’re using your back too much most likely

      Maybe too much weight? Focus on form

      Try and think of sticking your backside out while bending down. But maintain balance over the whole foot, don't let the weight go to the heel of your foot. Keep you hands close to the front of your legs going down. In fact, maybe concentrate on doing RDL's initially.

    Thank you for posting these videos. I have been using them for a month. The videos are helpful because I can work out anywhere. Also, there is minimal or no jumping in the videos. I was using other videos over the last 6 months, but jumping was required. Being an H cup jumping is not an option for me and my shoulders. I am down 2 inches on my arms, legs, and waist and 10 pounds lighter.

      Awesome Tiffani!! Big well done!! You obviously train hard! Yes many involve no jumping thought HIIT etc does occasionally.... this week in particular was burpees galore!!
      You may like the 1 hour full body workouts I do on Fridays as many of them have no jumping and are all about strength, balance and control! 💕

      @@CarolineGirvan I will look forward to doing the 1-hour full-body workout. I have done 2 of 1-hour workouts by 45 minutes I am totally worn out. So, I try to be brave and do one 1-hour workout a week. I just have to keep moving forward. I can't believe I stopped working out because of my job. It is not easy to get back in shape. I saw a video of a 72 years old who lifts weights. It inspired me to not give up. My grandmother is 96. She stills exercises daily. She started at 60.

    Hola Caroline! Gracias por tu ayuda.,estoy comenzando a hacer ejercicios en casa yo tengo aplastamiento de disco en las vértebras L5 y S1 y casi todos los ejercicios de tren inferior y abdominales me producen dolor lumbar, sin embargo sigo haciendolos, y después de ellos, hago los estiramientos que siempre me han indicado en terapia para esa discoptia. Algún consejo que puedas darme den cuanto a los ejercicios de glúteos para prevenir lesiones? Muchas gracias!
